My experience of dreamy café was ruined. First of all it was very confusing on where the door was to enter. Second the server was not very welcoming and confused on how to order. Third the shakes were not worth the price of $13 a piece. Forth on way to the restroom there was a shattered door with trash bags over the door. I felt like I was about to get kidnapped. I would recommend if you want to get kidnapped.

DELICIOUS!! I had the Chicago dog, and it was fantastic. Truth be told, I was skeptical but it was so good! Mac and cheese was on point! The desserts speak for themselves. HUGE, delicious and creative creations. One of a kind!!

We went this afternoon with a group of 10 and was greeted with nothing but great customer service and patience. The shakes and slushies were AMAZING and is all the kids could talk about. We will definately be back!!

I can't comment on the food as i was unable to try any of it. The atmosphere was quiet. The decor was neat and different kind of like a theater meets a jazz club. It was nice. The problem i had was the service. The sign said to seat ourselves. After we were seated we waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us at all. Not to welcome us or take our drink order. The menu looked interesting but after 15 minutes of employees staring at us and not saying anything we got up and left. As we left one of the waitresses left the table she was standing next to and approached us and asked us if something was wrong and i told her i had a family emergency and walked out. They weren't that busy. Maybe 4 other tables had customers. I hope they work on customer service and we may go back in the future but at this time I'm very disappointed with the service.

Our experience was not great. When we arrived they weren't busy at all, maybe 4 tables occupied. Our food took over an hour, soup/salad, a sandwich and fries and hot dogs. No dressing came out with the salad and by time we were checked on by our server my kids were done eating so I never even got a chance to eat my food and went home hungry. I will say they did take my food off as I didn't even touch it. No way we could've stayed for the shakes. I'm bummed about the experience, I was really looking forward to a cool place like that so close to home.

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences that I have had anywhere! My salted caramel pretzel shake was delicious. That being said, I will never go back and would not recommend them. They are extremely over priced. I paid nearly $70 for 3 shakes, one soft drink, 2 kids Mac n cheeses, and a cup of soup! The service is slow, and the employees were rude. I had seen their shakes on Instagram and had high hopes but was sorely disappointed. Our server was not knowledgeable about the products and acted annoyed when I asked what the soup of the day was because she had to go ask. My toddler was excited to get the dump truck shake with gummie worms on it, but he got the dinosaur shake without the gummie worms, wouldn't even drink it, and it was a $12 shake! To make matters worse my friends food was wrong and we had already waited for so long he just got up and left! He had ordered fries and got chips and said it looked like there were peppers in the pulled barbecue chicken that was on top his hotdog. I told the server and asked if she could take it off the bill. The manager (I'm assuming) walked over and asked what the problem was so I explained (didn't even ask them to fix the incorrect shake) just take the unacceptable food off the bill since it had not been touched. After argumentatively stating there wouldn't be peppers in the chicken unless it was ordered that way... She agreed to take it off. When she came back with the check what seemed like 20 minutes later I just handed her a card without looking the bill over... My mistake because when she came back with the copy for me to sign it was $63 and some change! After looking at the menu prices online when I got home... They did not comp his meal like they said they would or it would not have been that much. Again 3 shakes, a drink, a cup of soup, and 2 kids Mac n cheeses $70 after tip.... GeeezzeeeI do not care how cool the interior was, or how inventive the drinks are... If the employees are ignorant and rude... I'm good on that. Further more... I do not expect this place to stay open very long based on their unrealistic prices. Wish I would have stayed home! Oh and best part... I had to go to the store when we left to get the stuff to make my toddler an ice cream creation with gummie worms like he was promised! It costed less for all the items to make 10 crazy shakes at home than it did for 1 shake from there. Pass

The vibe of the restaurant is very relaxed and fun. The app size if very generous as are the burgers. The shakes are over the top and really fun.

I got to have my first lunch here today, and look forward to many more, as it is located right in the heart of Miamisburg, and a quick walk from my office. The decor inside is beautiful, and the food is amazing. I could not believe how big the pretzel appetizer was, so I included a photo of it behind my hand to show! The burger was good quality, a nice size, had amazing fresh lettuce. I ordered the Caesar Burger which had fresh avocado slices and a Caesar dressing on it. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was just fun. There was even a family with a few small children nearby, And they seem to be having a great time as well! There wasn't any live music at lunch, but I hear that they are working on getting more live music scheduled!

For someone starting off this place is very good. I've had a lot of fancy shakes and this is the first one that the actual shake was also good.It does add up to have both food and shakes, that is just the norm when you have such big shakes. We ate dinner and my salad was very good. The PB&J wings were amazing. My husband said his burger was good but a little dry.Like I said for someone just starting this place is going to only continue to get better!

Went in tonight for a light dessert (sugar free shaved ice) and my husband got a soft pretzel! The soft pretzels are so huge that they come out on a pretzel hanger...a must try! Our server was so sweet and attentive. Great atmosphere and a fun place for a date night! We will definitely be back!
