I made a mistake with my mobile order, choosing the wrong store. When I mentioned this to the staff, they fulfilled the order at no cost ā resolving MY error . They didnāt have to, but they put the customer first. Five stars for the courteous service. Thank you!

These by far are the nastiest donuts ive ever had. When did Dunkin become so distasteful. I bite into the donut and spit it back out.
We went up to the drive through and lady that took our order she said āwe close in 10 minutesā. We asked for whip cream and she said āthat already comes on it itās a signature drinkā. So then she proceeds to hand us our drinks and not put whip cream on it. She was extremely rude when we came up to the window. I have never had this problem at the Starbucks down the road and will be returning there for now on. I have always received excellent top notch customer service here. I like Dunkinās drinks better but I want what I paid for. She ruined my drink that I was excited to have. On top of that I am not PAYING MONEY to get service from a rude worker who had a ton of attitude for no reason. This is not our first encounter and I am done dealing with this disrespectful behavior. She certainly does not belong in customer service. If you go through the drive through watch out if you see a pale short haired girl with attitude! She is ready to rumble! Donāt say I didnāt warn you because I did.

Now as of May 19 2025 you can no longer get a refresher without ice in your medium will be half filled. Now I can pay for a cup of ice but to tell me without ice my cup will be half filled ?! I just googled the recipe ! Good day Dunkinā! Probably donāt care about one customer lost ! New policies arenāt always good
