Our server, Jason, was extremely solicitous and kept checking on us and refilling drinks. Our food came in a timely manner and everything was delicious. I've never had a bad experience at Firebirds and I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic! The party of 8 went there to celebrate a birthday. Everything about the experience was terrific. Ben was our server. He was attentive and personable. I'll ask for him when I return.

This our favorite steak place, and we are repeat offenders here, but this was by far our worst experience. EVER. Waited 40 minutes for our filets, both of which had been butterflied and horribly overcooked. We ordered “medium plus”, but they were every bit of well done (no pink to be found). We started to eat the baked potatoes while they cooked new steaks, but were unable to keep the gnats off our food (we were seated outdoors). During the 30 minutes we waited for our replacement steaks, our server came back to the table to apologize three times, each time ignoring our empty beverage glasses. By the time the steaks we ordered had arrived (70 minutes after we ordered), we were fed up with the bugs and poor service and asked them to box our steaks to go. The manager comped our meal (and the second steaks were PERFECT). We hope the experience will be better next time.

Food and service was excellent as always. We always ask for Michelle and we are glad we met her years ago. Until the next time, which won't be long...

Food took forever and was delivered incorrectly. Server lacked communication of what was going on. They did provide a last minute free dessert due to birthday in our party. Unfortunately the dessert was gluten heavy and was for the person specifically asking for gluten free (who also received the wrong meal initially).

This is a great place to dine with a menu that is exquisite. The ambiance is delightful with the low lighting and the wood grille smells. The food was cooked to perfection which deletes the palate. The pricing was worth the full experience. Our hostess was quite kind, professional and pleasant. My wife and I will return to this local restaurant in the Springboro, Ohio community.

$40 Prime Rib was tough -felt like I was eating a $5 sirloin from ponderosa. Service was poor-she “disappeared “ for long stretches when our drinks needed refill, etc. Even after reappearing, walked past our table without checking, had to flag her down to get refills. On a better note, my wife liked the Filet she ordered. Overall, not sure I will ever go back. There are just too many better quality and value options around here.

Usually- we have a wonderful experience as we come quite frequently. This time we asked another couple to join us. We had reservations for 7:15 - got seated and ordered promptly. Our friend ordered the roasted chicken special. The manager came by and said that it was the special that was taking so long to cook. Finally when our food came - the chicken was withered and way overcooked. That the chicken was taking so long - was indeed not accurate. Our friend could hardly chew the “jerky” like chicken..... quite obvious not edible. The waiter and the manager stood by that the dish was appropriate...😳. The messaging was by the staff - that we should not believe our lying eyes.

Meat Quality is significant less then what it was last year and the year before. My mashed potatoes came out cold when comparing Tommy wife's potatoes.

We celebrated our grandson's 10th birthday with our daughter and son-in-law. Everything was wonderful!

Firebirds is always great food and service. One of my favorite things to order is a small spinach salad and a loaded baked potato. And sometimes a small spinach salad with grilled salmon on top. Their steads are very good too.

As always, the food was great. Waitress was a little slow and didn't show any enthusiasm, smile, and kind of acted like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't bad, but it wasn't great like we are used to having.
