Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Service was excellent. Food was great. I had the Colorado Salad, my sister had the Strawberry Shrimp salad. Everyone else in our party of 7 had the Baby-back ribs entree. I had the Mint Condition non-alcoholic drink which was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

Unfortunately my steak was not hot when received. The butter on top wouldn't even melt. Sent back only to receive about 5 degrees warmer. Took it home. The wife's salmon was perfect and the shrimp was delicious. BLT salad was awesome!

Service was poor. Late getting order put in and food was late served. Don't understand because very few people were there.

We met out of town friends for dinner and we all loved our experience. Food and service were great. We were pleased to be seated near a window so we could enjoy the beautiful sunshine.

We rarely go out for a nicer date night and we're really looking forward to this. Unfortunately, service was bad. It took 15 minutes after our appetizer was delivered just to get our waters, and my husband's steak was overcooked. Server only apologized and didn't offer anything to help make up for our bad experience.

The waitress by the name of Mary was so wonderful! She was very attentive and sweet. She made our first visit at this restaurant impeccable!

Food was good, service and speed was not what I had come to expect from Firebirds. I realize that could have been due in part with it being the night of homecoming, but it was my brother and sister-in-laws first time eating there and it just wasn't as good as it typically is.

Good but overpriced. Excellent service. Noisy. Had a high school homecoming crowd which made it extremely noisy.

None of our steaks were cooked the way we ordered and really didn't have a lot of flavor. Not like it was a couple years ago. Service was really good though.

While it took a while for our entree's to be served, they were delicious! Great waitress as well.

We usually enjoy Firebirds but our last experience left us disappointed. Largely because of the slow and sub-par service from our server. Really disappointed - slow to take orders, don't refill or ask to refill drinks, didn't ask us about our food, slow to bring condiments (we were halfway through our meal before our request was delivered), we had to ask for bread, food was lukewarm by the time the server brought it...etc. won't be back for awhile.

We all ordered 3 sides as an entree. Excellent baked potatoes and the carrots are yummy. We had great service. Thanks.

Service was like we were wasting her time. Did not have any interest in us and just wanted us gone. Never introduced herself and didn't say thank you at the end.

Only negative I would give it was we had a reservation for 7:30. Wasn't seated until 7:55p. The meal and server was good. We will be back

Ive never had a bad experience or meal at Firebirds! The food and the service is always on point. One of my favorite places to dine!
