Love the fast service, the food and atmosphere! Our favorite appetizer is the lobster queso. I usually get the salmon spinach salad. My husband likes the steak cuts and burger sandwiches. Overall, I feel like the food is higher quality and it's our go-to place for fine dining when we have family visiting from out-of-state.

I've been twice, and both times my chicken was cold, and just wasn't very good generally. There recipes need revamped or something, and their kitchen needs some process improvements to get their food out hot.
Prime rib over cooked and reheated. Ordered med rare got well well done. Offered to redo if I wanted to have my wife eat alone while we waited. Overall waitress was fine but felt everything was over priced. A simple side is 6.50 ect. Don’t see reason for return. I don’t post often so you know I was disappointed!

Had high expectations of Firebirds. The New York strip was a mediocre steak. The baked potato was cold. I've always found baked potatoes are very easy to keep warm, but somehow they couldn't do that. Very disappointing. The greeter was very arrogant and rude. We were sat right inside the front door on a cold and windy day. The only bright part of the experience was our waiter. He was very friendly and efficient.
Service has been consistently good. I ordered apps at the bar, and the sliders were dry and overcooked. The fritters were also very dry with little sauce provided as a spread underneath. Went a second time and ordered the aged ribeye. It was ok. The scalloped potatoes side was delicious. Overall, it was overpriced for subpar food. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming.

This is our go-to happy hour spot! Great wine and beer selections, as well as signature cocktails. If you're into martinis, you must try their Double Black Diamond Martini. The presentation is fabulous. The sharables are generous portions that can truly be shared with some to spare. Our server was attentive and friendly.

The food was not as awesome as per usual. The temperature of some items were fine. Others not ok. Chili was warm at best. The mixed vegetables were warm but not hot. The roasted carrots and mushrooms were perfect. The food came out in perfect order and timely. There was a large group of very loud patrons seated next to us. They ruined the ambience for us but we did not ask to be moved. However, I'm certain that request would've been honored. Firebirds is one of our favorites and still ranks above many others even on an off night.
