Best dang fries around. But they do salt them a bit much. The burgers are excellent, except for ONE thing, and that's the plain, generic buns. They are not great. The place is a noisy venue to eat at, but that can have a charm of it's own, i guess. The prices are high, but the food is great.

Went here with 5 coworkers we all got extremely sick missed work the next day, we all did. I have never been that sick before. I will never ever eat at five guys again. Calling the health department, no absolutely no excuse for this!

Huge shout out to Grant and his team for exceptional, above, and beyond service! I’ve been a little homesick this week. Being a California native, Ohio transplant, and lots of great memory’s at a famous burger place on the west coast, Grant served up not only delicious food, but I would have to say provided one of my top 5 best customer service experience’s I ever had! Thanks guys for 5 diamond hospitality and such a great vibe in your store. I think blink 182 (not positive) was on the radio and some singing and surfer vibes happening in the open air kitchen in Ohio was just a magical, much needed moment. Every time I go into this location I remember how much I love it there. P.S that famous west coast burger place pales in comparison to 5 guys burgers. I am rather critical of service. Having worked in management with some of the most renowned hospitality companies in the world, I truly appreciated tonight’s experience. Five Guys, I hope you know what a gem you have in Grant! I can only imagine how many job offers he gets weekly from his customers!
