Came in to find lots of dirty tables and no one really there dinning which makes me wonder why. There is a significant amount of food they are out of including condiments. Apparently the management doesn't know how to order ahead of time when food gets low. Service isn't the greatest there either and a few of them have bad dispositions of attitude. Lacking a smile to say the least. Salad bar for the price of it is a Major Joke! Yeah, no that place is slowly going under.

It seems your restaurant is deliberately designed so that you can't see your customers from the back. The result is regular long waits, both to get seated and to pay. Sometimes as long as five minutes (we've timed it). Wondering how many walk-aways you get, when people are just tired of waiting for someone to take their money?

HORRIBLE!!!! are waitress was very rude if there was no stars that's what I would have rated no stars food was ok only people was nice friendly and kind was fellow customers been to this location before and had a good experience will probably go back In the future give them a second chance

I had breakfast today and it was a very pleasant experience. The lady who rung me out was absolutely amazing. The receipt says Miracle but I'm not sure if that was her name but it fits well. She was my server as well and it made for a great experience. As someone who used to manage retail I like to leave a review for people who are exceptional at their job so they are recognized. She was definitely it.

Me and my 3 children had an amazing brunch time here! We loved the food it was amazing, the manger Bryce was very friendly and respectful. The staff and is very hard working and kind. Overall it was an all time outstanding experience.

Me and my mother had an amazing time here. The manager Bryce was very respectful and friendly. The stuff was nice and kind to me and my mother. The food was delicious and good. Overall, it was a great experience.

The food was hot and delicious. The waitress was great. My problem is with the manager, hence the low star rating. I had a coupon for "buy one platter and get one free". Manager would only refund $4.99 (the price of cole slaw and fries) which is an add on to make a platter. I called another Frisch's to find out if that is what they called a platter and was told that a platter is a sandwich, fries, and cole slaw. After another round with the manager, some eye rolling by him, and finally a call by him to his district manager, I was refunded another $6. The manager was condescending and was totally not familiar with the menu and coupons offered through the mail. I have used the same coupon at this Frisch's before and had no problems.
