Good food when they get it right but if you see more than two, maybe three, customers in there then don't even bother. The owner keeps it so short staffed during not just slow but busy times too, like the middle of a saturday. It takes a good 20mins to get your food atleast. The staff is fine there just isn't enough of them and they are constantly working, I feel bad for the staff. For how much the food costs the owner should be able to have more than one or two people working at a time, with a store full of customers.

Was so sad when I walked in today and didn’t see my regular girls. They literally put so much care into everything they make. I Ordered the usual bees knees and Frutella bowl. Neither were on par. The bees knees was overloaded with Brie and the thinnest 5 slices of apple I’ve ever seen. They were literally transparent. And it had zero honey on it. It just tasted like cheese toast. It was honestly disgusting. The frutella was ok but the put all of the nutella and peanutbutter on the granola and not on top of the fruit which is how it’s supposed to be so it sticks to the fruit. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location because they are always the best driving past three others just to get here. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

Normally the bravacado toast and bowls are very good, today I ordered the same order I do every time and the sun dried pesto looked different then normal. It looked and tasted like pasta sauce. I called the store to inquire about the product to see if this was a permanent change or what happened. I was told by the employee that they had ran out of the normal product and the owner of the store ran to Kroger and bought a replacement. When I asked what replacement product they used, she couldn’t tell me because she said the owner put it in the bin and the container it came in was discarded. I have some concerns about this especially for people with allergies. If you are unable to put out the same quality product every time and are unable to notify your customers that there has been a substitution then you should remove the product from the online ordering system.

This is my 3rd time ordering an açaí bowl at the Austin Landing store (and I have been to other similar stores many times also). I ordered a Classic Bowl. The açaí in the bottom of my bowl was frozen solid. I tried to stir and mix it with the toppings, but could not get through it with my spoon. Even after 10+ min of thawing (see photo), it came up in large icy chunks, nothing like the smooth açaí mixture I have always gotten. When I showed the employee and asked if I could just get a scoop of fresh açaí mixture, she stated all of theirs is frozen and that’s just how they serve it. It was the most disappointing açaí bowl I have ever had and I did not even finish it. So I will not be returning to FruttaBowls.

35 mins wait posted on the computer, to have an order wrong 4x ( a standard menu item with only one addition) part of the order sat on the counter for 8mins, 3 slices of egg and avocado was barely existent for an item name Everything Avo, 3 other orders after us where served before our order, 8 other customers were shaking their head in frustration at the highest level of disorganization.
Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I’ve patronized here many times and this is the first time I’ve had this experience. 3 high school students are working. The one ringing me out was eating while taking my order. She couldn’t get my coupon to work so she called her supervisor. Supervisor could not get the coupon to work. I waited 10 minutes alone for that. I asked that whoever made my order to please put on new gloves as they were constantly running back and forth from the register area to the back playing. The supervisor agreed while the girls looked puzzled. The supervisor then walked out the store and left the girls. The girl who started making my order then wiped her nose with the glove that she had on. I stopped her and said that’s disgusting, please wash your hands and change your gloves. Which she giggled and replied, “I know, I’m sorry”. That’s unacceptable. What would she have done if i wasn’t watching her? I’m all for the youth working, but they clearly need proper training and a better supervisor.

I appreciate the kindness and responsibility taken by the owner. Though I have not revisited since the occurrence, I am extremely grateful for the response and offer. Thank you! - ordered 3 bowls for myself and my coworkers on doordash. They gave my dasher 1 bowl and it was not even for the right person. My dasher was nice enough to offer to help out and he called Frutta. He said they were extremely rude on the phone and that they “couldn’t do anything about it”. Now im down 50 bucks for nothing. This isnt the first time I have had a bad interaction here. :(
