I brought my four kids in to have breakfast on Black Friday. We had a big order and they accidentally put sausage on one sandwich instead of bacon. Also the coffee was lukewarm. We mentioned the coffee first in the manager promptly took care of us and made us fresh hot coffee. We then noticed the sandwich was wrong and I brought it up. The manager was very apologetic, made us the right sandwich, let us keep the first one, and gave us a large hash brown for free. He brought everything back to our table when it was ready hot and fresh and with a smile. His name was Afham, and we couldn't have asked for better service. We also noticed him treating other guests with utmost respect and cheerfulness asking things like if they had a good Thanksgiving. This guy is a gem and needs a raise ASAP!

Me and my wife had Breakfast Saturday at the Miamisburg Hardees and the food was hot and tasted great. They are trying hard to improve the service. They may need to pay a little more to make sure employees show up. Please give them a try

I can't even speak on the food. Stopped in after a rough day at work and after waiting a few minutes for someone to come up to the counter, I called out... but got nothing, despite being able to hear people in the back... and it was only like 7:30pm. I called out for a few more minutes before leaving empty handed and hungry. Never again will I make the mistake of going there

We went through the drive through and the employee working was extremely unprofessional. I have honestly never encountered anything so rude. He huffed into the microphone after each item I ordered, beginning with the very first words out of my mouth. He acted as if my ordering was a complete inconvenience to him. After completing our order at the speaker, he huffed and said “Jesus Christ bro”.

Went into this location last week and was incredibly disappointed. The bathroom was quite dirty, and the staff had no idea what they were doing. My food wasn't correct and I paid for items I didn't receive.

I have attached a photo of the big hot ham and cheese that I just received from this Hardee’s. It smells horrid and I’ve just never seen anything so gross served from anywhere. It doesn’t even seem like it’d ham based on how it is cut. I love Hardee’s big hot ham and cheese sandwiches but I usually get them on vacation because the ones in Ohio have gone so down hill. I decided to stop today while I was in the area and this is what I got. I was already on the highway when I opened the sandwich so I wasn’t able to go back for a refund and when I called, there’s no voicemail and no one answered. Incredibly disappointing

Place was empty. I was there 15 minutes and there was only one other customer inside. He had a mobile order so he just walked in, got it and left. One went through drive thru. They got fast service too. Floor was sticky. Kinda grubby looking, but only two employees on duty. Hard to keep clean with no staff. Microwave broken, so my food was actually grilled. It was perfect. I didn't order fries because the same ones sat in the heat lamp the entire time I was there. The pricing was confusing. The menu board said the original was $4.69 and the "big" version was $6.70. I'm not sure why I was charged $6 even, paid cash, but the sandwich was bigger than "original" and smaller than "big" so I was ok with not arguing about the price. Besides, I wasn't offered a receipt. The person on duty was friendly. The sandwich was really good. Probably the best one I've ever gotten from a Hardee's location. Would return.
