I stopped at the drive-thru at 12:20 on a Friday to get a standard lunch and they don't have any french fries. I had to pull around and wait behind five other people on fries. This is a management problem not the workers, after someone brought my food out to me on the other side of the building , My sandwich is cold. The fries are extremely hot and greasy ,,,I don't have a straw, salt or ketchup, I recommend the place across the street.

I stopped in to pick up dinner on my way home. Ordered my food paid and left. As soon as I got home, I noticed they gave me the wrong food. I called them to see if I could somehow get my card refunded As I wasn’t able to go back out this evening and the manager told me that I ordered the wrong food and they didn’t do anything wrong. The worst part was, they were all so busy chitchatting with each other I could hear them over the drive-through microphone the entire time I was trying to order. Never once in my entire life have I ordered anything except for the number 16 but they stood firm that I had ordered incorrectly. Total lack of accountability on the management and employee team. There should have been no issue refunding my card over the phone. There may have been a lack of knowledge of how to do so, but it’s not impossible. Poorly trained management is the root of the problem. At the end of the day I just have to take the $10 loss and figure out something else for tonight but I won’t go back to this location ever again

Walking by, I decided to give this fast food a try. When I walked in, the cashier was on the other side working the drive-thru. I was greeted and told they would be there soon. I understood they were busy and patiently waited while looking at the menu. While looking at the menu, I was looking at how clean chairs and tables were. I didn't see any food or crumbs anywhere. This was during lunch hours, so they must keep this place clean. A clean sit down speaks volume in the care for a healthy place to eat. I placed my order and waited for less than 10 minutes. My experience here was that of my food being correct and friendly exchange. I got the famous bowl and a chicken pot pie. It was as good as all the KFC I've eaten at. I will come back here. The employees had a happy atmosphere. I didn't see anyone unhappy.

Horrible place apparently it is extremely hard to listen to, no pickles, large mountain dew.. guess no pickle means more. And large dew is a medium. Wonder why people don't come anymore. Avoid them at all costs.

On a whim, we decided to stop by KFC—something we rarely ever do. Ordering for multiple people turned out to be quite a bit chaotic, with us juggling conversations with multiple people in the car about what they wanted and the drive-thru speaker. The drive-speaker handled it well and confirmed what we wanted.

When we reached the window, we were told part of the order would take seven minutes. We were supposed to pull up and wait for it. In the meantime we received our drinks and some of the food. We were exhausted and hungry, so without checking the bag, we simply drove off.

Back home, sitting outside on the deck, ready to dig in, we realized two things: first, part of our order was missing, and second, the food we did receive was completely wrong! Oddly enough, we had more food than we'd actually prdered and paid for. However, a couple things we did want had not been included. Frustrated, I packed up everything and managed to spill one of the drinks all over the table and deck in the process.

I headed back to KFC to explain the mix-up. Instead of arguing, the order taker just asked what would make things right. I told him I wanted the missing food along with what we already had, plus a replacement for the drink I spilled. He laughed and graciously said he’d gladly give me another drink.

Despite the hassle, they handled the situation well—no unnecessary trouble, no making me return the extra food, just an easy fix. At least the experience ended on a positive note!

I’ve been to this location quite a few times, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience where they’ve gotten my order correct on the first try (and sometimes not even the second). Mostly missing items or forgotten customizations, and they never provide a receipt with your order, so you don’t have any proof.

There was also an incident where my sweet tea had bleach or some other cleaner in it. I took one sip, realized something was terribly wrong with it, and was throwing up the rest of the evening.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you can avoid it.

Shorted me twenty dollars on my change,was me and my grandsons got a twelve piece meal,handed her a 100$total was 48$and change she left came back and handed me change supposedly 51$ l had My hands full stuck it in my pocket when I left l went straight down road to pay a friend for some Christmas l ordered, pulled out that change, and only had 31$ and know I didn't drop it, she shorted me twenty dollars,hope she needed it because I will never trust kfc employees anymore, and that is not good business,l know nothing will be done,but I am sharing with others who might want to eat there don't,thier crokes.

Ordered delivery via their website. Ordered a 6 piece bucket, only received 5 pieces and they were placed in a small container, didn’t even get a bucket. Biscuits were mashed together in a small box. Won’t be returning/ordering from this location again. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a 16 piece bucket and 3 of the thighs were no bigger than a poker chip. The breasts were dried out like they had been sitting all day. So between the dried out chicken, the tiny thighs and crappy wings, we got about 5 pieces worth eating for a whole family. This place is Joke !!

I ordered through DoorDash and this how my sweet tea arrived. I’m sitting a dim lighting so I didn’t realized at fist but I took a sip and tasted disgusting and I happened to turn on my flash to look and saw all this. This should not be allowed. It’s gross,

The lady at the window said my pick up order was canceled after I was already charged to my card and drove there (the app told me my order was in progress as normal) and now I’m out $20, out dinner (everything else closed by the time I was done talking to support) and won’t have it back for 4 days. Customer support was super insincere and said they couldn’t resend the order through like the lady at the window said they did before in these instances (which why is this even a common thing?). So yeah, if I were you I’d spend my money somewhere where I’m actually guaranteed to acquire the food I paid for and if the company messes something up they’ll actually compensate you somehow.
