I had 3 6 packs of soda under my cart and instead of somebody stopping me and asking me to see my receipt they locked the wheels on my cart and ripped open both of my shins. On the bottom of the cart so they don’t ask anymore they just assume I’m very close to filing charges man

I actually love this Kroger outside of this horrendous experience I had last week. I went to change my grandson in one of the restrooms and this is what the station looked like. I reported it to the Service Desk. I came back the next day to pick up a prescription and I went back to look at the restroom…it was exactly the same. No difference at all. This is horrible Kroger. Get it together!

They have no produce. There are no workers or managers around. Lines were long and carts weren’t even filled up so why the long lines? There were only cashiers and baggers around. I left my cart at customer service. The meat looks gross packaging is gross filled with water. The ground beef looks bad. Never any fresh fruit hardly ever any green lettuce or bell peppers. Limited quantities of vegetables VERY LIMITED FOR WEEKS. Self check out was ridiculously long. All the pre cut fruit expires in two days… TWO DAYS!! What’s sad is the surrounding Kroger’s are just as bad!

Look at this adorable cake decorated by a 9 year old. Oh wait...no it's actually a Kroger cake that was supposedly decorated by a professional. I ordered it a month ago so there would not be a rush. It is missing the border on the top and bottom along with balloons and you can see the writing. This is a $13.00 cake. Rather they charged 13.00. I spoke with the store manager over the phone and I don't think he really cared. Here's hoping he cares tomorrow when I take it back.

This store is consistently out of common items and has incredibly long wait times for pickup. I understood this issue at the beginning of Covid, but a year later, they are still just as bad. Waited 45 minutes for pickup today and I'm done with this location!
I came inside the Landing Way Kroger store today, March 11, 2021 only for my coronavirus vaccine. I stay out of stores, using curbside service only. I stopped by the store’s main customer service counter on the way out at 2:15 pm for a thirty-second transaction. A dark-haired older employee named Anita invited another customer to step up to the counter while the young blonde employee was still helping me at the counter.

They have a wide selection of a lot of varieties of bagels, breads, pretzels, and other bakery-related items. The employees could work on their service a little bit. Keep an eye out for discounts and sales to help your wallet out. If you’re in Kroger, I would recommend checking this bakery out.

The only person that spoke to me was when I was leaving and it was the young boy at the door. The cashier was rude, the person I asked for Help was rude and short. Store isn’t stocked. It’s a mess. Stuff in the aisles.

Never takes me less than 30 mins to get my click list order. I’ve tried three different times in the last few months. Today took 45 minutes. FOR 6 ITEMS. I could’ve gotten the items myself in less time than that. No one working there even apologizes. I’m never doing click list again.

I was extremely disappointed and agitated at Austin Landing Kroger location. On Thursday I never received my order after waiting for pick up for more than 1hr 15mins. I called the given number after parking my car at the pickup spot and let them know my spot number. I was told they will bring my order out as soon as they can. Since my neighboring car was waiting for a few minutes before me I thought I will get my order after them. 50 mins later I called them to let them know
