Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Hello, my name is Harley Lake. I’m an Uber driver. I had came here around 9:40 PM & they do not close till 10:00PM tell me why I was going to pick up the order & this woman had the nerve to tell me they had NO food or could NOT make my uber order because they was closing. You don’t close for another 20 minutes? You don’t have no food made or gonna make it? Why? Corporate needs to handle the situation immediately because that is Plane out wrong. Say I was coming to eat you mean you wasn’t gonna make it? That is completely laziness! Attention is needed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!! Not right at all. Come on people!!

Chicken was dry not very good,every time my husband gets the liver's and gizzards,same- dry and nasty!

Chicken was hard and they forgot the potato wedges. Always something with this location.

Chicken was old and dry. Biscuits were hard and old. For 45 dollars we could eat the green beans and coleslaw. The rest was gross.

My wife and I have been coming to lees for about 15 years and not once have we heard how the manger Toni was talking to the cashier was not acceptable in all means. Will not be coming back. Management need to put their foot down. Very unprofessional.

so I come in once a week I came in last week and there is a worker named Toni who was talking very disrespectful to the gentleman running the register who i think is a manager I was in disbelief the man getting disrespected handled it like a professional and apologized for her behavior I just couldn't believe she was acting in such a manner if she is in there the next time I come in I will go elsewhere. my hat is off to the young man who was very professional about it all

I door dashed my order. Normally there are no issues from this Lee's. The food was good except my order wasnt completely right. I got a 2 pc Leg and thigh crispy with wedges and bake beans. The other meal was suppose to be 2 pc strips with wedges and bake beans but got a 2nd 2 pc leg and thigh famous with the correct sides. The bake beans in the tray was only about 1/2 full which is rare. I ate the leg and thigh but not a big fan of dark meat. I still recommend this Lee's but they need to pay better attention to the orders.

The managers was amazing when I needed assistance Nancy and Erin thanks so much the foods amazing pickles of course my fav always fresh and hot and the restaurant was clean workers was welcomeing and patient in all I had a great experience

Our food was very underwhelming to say the least. The order wasn’t even close to what we asked for and the food was mediocre. DONE. 🤢
