I purchased an ice cream cone through the drive-through. They gave me a cone that was only halfway filled. I went back inside to ask them if they could correct it and was treated horribly three different associates had me tell him why I was there one associate took the cone and angrily threw it in the trashcan and then the manager Basically said I’m gonna make it the right way and gave me a really tiny small cone, which felt like he was trying to punish me for having anything to say this was a terrible experience McDonald’s do better

Dont waste your time here....This location is so bizarre?! I pulled into the drive-thru at 1am tonight - they asked me if I would be using the mobile app, I said no, and then there was nothing but silence. They just refused to speak....? Did I receive the Gen Z stare via drive thru speaker? I didn't even feel comfortable ordering food here anymore and went to the Heinke Rd location instead, which was very nice.

I just went to this McDonald's after a 13-hour shift as a dancer however I didn't even make it through the ordering station because the lady, Heather is her name I was told, was extremely rude to me and inpatiently rushing me to order. I told her I would be going somewhere else and to have a nice night and she flicked me off on my way past her window. Very disrespectful and unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location ever again. This lady needs fired. This was absolutely unacceptable
