My order is always accurate, but sometimes the sandwiches are built without care. This has only happened once or twice, hence the 4 stars. It's my only beef with this location, thus I must vocalize it. Still- 4 stars. All the staff are super friendly too!

Ordered two smoothies through the app to be told they weren’t available. That’s fine but I was then told to try for a refund through the app. Come home to find out there’s no option to process a refund through the app.

Not going to go back and waste even more time over it. Just ganna stay away from McDonalds for a while.

EDIT: Aside from the two smoothies I got 2 apple pies. This was one of them. There’s not even pie filling in it. Got 1/4 items right smh.

Absolute dismissive bs at this location. I come through every day for a large decaf coffee. Half the time its not made but today was worse. I asked for decaf because I have a heart condition, but they gave me fully caffinated. I know because a half an hour later I'm at work in a full on cold sweat thinking Im having a heart attack. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerously dismissive. People who want decaf need it for a reason. Get it together.

I am a simple man with one simple request every time I eat at McDonald’s. I want hot fries. Not warm. Not kind of hot. Hot. A lot of places miss the mark on that, but not today.

Today Kyniah made my entire day. She listened when I asked for fresh hot fries and she made sure the person working the fryer knew how important it was to get them right. That alone earned five stars. Hot fries are my favorite food in the world and always have been. When I was a kid my mom made me wait until I got home to eat them. Ever since I turned eighteen years old those fries have never made it out of the parking lot. I am fifty two now and that has not changed one bit.

To make things even better, Ty brought out my order. The fries were not the correct ones at first. The moment I mentioned it he apologized, turned around and went straight back inside to grab the hottest and freshest fries they had. No attitude. No hesitation. Just excellent customer service.

These two employees are outstanding and this location has officially earned a loyal fan. Thank you for hiring people who truly care about doing the job right. I will absolutely be back soon.

Peace Of God4lyfe

I ordered from this location and was missing a whole order. I called in to the restaurant and I was told to bring my entire food to the restaurant. I requested to speak to a manager on duty. She came, looked at with an attitude without listing to what I had to say and just told one of the workers to just give me what I am missing. And walked off with a stinking attitude. I have NEVER felt this humiliated and embarrassed in my life like this. I will NEVER order from this location again.

This used to be one of the best McDonald's, not anymore,we ordered at the speaker and when we got to the window the rude cashier said we didn't get your order and that you have to go back around and then she slams the windows and walk off! Will not return but Mgmt need to work on their employees customer service skills!

Literally the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. 9pm on a Thursday and we ordered a couple drinks and a fry on the app. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes, got up to the speaker and was greeted by the automated introduction then nothing for another 10 minutes. Decided that we already paid for the food, might as well try and get it from inside? Not gonna happen. Both entrances locked. Multiple people waiting for their food with no answer and no word from anyone.
