Milano’s Pizza, Subs & Taps (Miami Township)

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and distress after being subjected to what I believe was a clear case of racial discrimination at a pizza restaurant Milano pizza Miamisburg Ohio

During my visit, I was completely ignored by the staff. Despite attempting multiple times to get their attention, not a single person came to me to take my order.

I made several efforts to call staff over, politely and visibly, but I was still ignored. It became painfully clear that the only difference between me and the other guests was the color of my skin.

As a brown-skinned individual, this experience was humiliating, isolating, and deeply offensive. No one should have to endure that kind of treatment in 2025—or ever.

I am currently seeking legal advice and considering taking this matter to court. Racism in any form, whether subtle or overt, must be challenged and held accountable.

If this happened to anyone else, I urge you to speak up. Silence only protects those who discriminate.

Milano’s pizzas are amazing and usually good I tried something different which was the cheesesteak which was bland , and the bread was cold .. they had to reheat it . Still wasn’t good wasn’t a biggie had a drink and it literally was watered down so yea wasn’t the best experience dinning in . My bartender was nice though ..probably won’t dine in again and will only try the pizza

food is great , service was lousy , been there 2 times , same both times. Hard to take an order when staff spends more time starring at there phones

Every time I'm in the area I get the hot honey pepperoni pizza to take home with me about a hour away. The staff are all nice and it's a very well kept establishment.

Great service and excellent menu. Enjoyed our large booth for the children.

I have been a loyal customer to Milanos for many years. Your subs and other food has always outstanding. The AC italian i got today was not. The bread was not fresh and was wrapped in foil. Something that has never happened before. I am disappointed and I hope my next order will be better. Thanks

Wings are good. Service is a little slow, but definitely not bad.

Pizza is great,!! little on expensive side but the small is a very decent size, I have only done take-out.

The original on Brown St. was church but I still stop in a couple times a year for nostalgia, not to mention the sweet patio.
The bar had a duo playing so win-win.
Scott n Dana blew it out of the park, book them again please cause we'll be back.
The bartender was friendly and on it service wise but nor over bearing. Manager was friendly without being cheesy as well.
I've never had their pizza let alone a cauliflower crust-Holy Baboli, we LOVED IT!
It beats out every one I've tried with my gluten free 🥱 friend 😆
I ordered a half sub with Milanos potatos. Gotta get a side of homemade chip dip for dipping every time cause I'm addicted

We had the best server, best food .

The food came out fast. The order was accurate, and the bartender on 3/22 at night was awesome.

Milano’s is the best sandwich/ pizza place ever and if they ever go out of business I’ll cry
