the owner is weird. he sits outside and watches employees and texts the managers to yell at them instead of being a man and coming into his own restaurant. the servers like to bully new servers and make them do all the sidework so they can leave without doing anything. the managers like to scream at you bc their boss is screaming at them. they have no appreciation for employees.

Wow!!!! Don't know where to start from, 2006 this location has went from 5 star ⭐ to barely 1star! We look forward when we come back to Ohio going here and after today I'll never visit this location again. For starters, Emmy our waitress lack of charisma and communication was unreal but I can look past that. Then,our order is delivered and a 10.99 salad and 12.99 salad with wilted lettuce and barely any meat with over cooked eggs and hard garlic bread....I don't know what else to say but management is definitely lacking. This is not anything near what it was years ago.

I have been going to Milano's since the original owners ran it, before they expanded. It used to be a hole in the wall on Brown St with great subs. They would bake the sub rolls fresh every day and they would still taste fresh at the end of day. The rolls aren't as good and there is less meat on them now. You can never go back so...They have a pretty good sandwich but not great. I hear they have good pizza but have never ordered one.
