Napoli's Pizza Miamisburg

We moved to the area last April and have ordered from Napolis more than anywhere else. Delicious food, great pizza, the crust has the best texture. The salads are fresh, and the portions are generous. I could drink the house dressing, it’s that good. My husband is obsessed with the meatball sub, and we both love the Italian. We usually don’t like cannoli, but we received one for Valentine’s Day (thank you!), and the cream was not gritty like it is at other places, and the cookie was crisp and fresh. Can’t wait to try the tiramisu next time!
The staff is always friendly and takeout is quick and convenient. Seriously delicious Italian food!

Takeout orders are through DoorDash for some reason. When the business messes your delivery up, they can blame DoorDash and take no accountability. DoorDash refuses a refund, so everyone wins but the consumer.

first time getting napoli's and it will not be the last!! truly cannot get over the quality of pizza, it's fantastic. not to mention the bulletin board inside the store is such a beacon of hope in the dark times we're in these days, 10000/10 highly recommend!!

I had a really uncomfortable experience the other day as a DoorDash delivery driver, and it was specifically due to the manager, Steve.

I was polite and friendly during the pickup, but I was still treated with suspicion and spoken to in a way that felt demeaning. When I questioned the treatment, Steve explained that it was because “other dashers steal,” and used that as justification for how drivers are handled.

What made the situation worse was when he said he would physically take the pizza from a dasher if they didn’t show their phone. Hearing a manager talk about physically taking food from someone was intimidating and completely unnecessary.

I understand businesses wanting to prevent theft, but treating all delivery drivers like suspects and using threats to enforce it is not professional. I was there to do my job and left feeling embarrassed and disrespected for no valid reason.

I hope ownership takes a closer look at how delivery drivers are treated, because no one should feel uncomfortable or threatened just for picking up an order.

I ordered food from Napoli's via Grubhub, so I can't comment on the restaurant, but I was pleased with the food.

My order was some meatballs and sauce, a deluxe pizza with extra sauce, and some canolis. The meatballs were very good; the sauce a little sweet but seemed nicely seasoned. The pizza crust was thin and not overly crispy. The canoli was well made.

I'll definitely try Napoli's food again!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend.

First time ordering and the staff was amazingly friendly and very caring, there was a misshap with my order but they fixed it and compensated me for it and asked me to bring my family in next time and to sit down. Taste wise... this is a very hot take but personally me and my wife agree. This is so much better then flying pizza in centerville. 5 stars!

The food is amazing and the staff is even better! We love seeing Kaylie, Brooke, and Ayden… and Steve is great too! The BEST staff and the best food! You will not be disappointed!

Visited for the first time with just the expectation of carry-out but dined in instead! The pizza was true to it's element with just the right ratio of toppings, sauce and crust. The basil was not too overwhelming and was interlaced beautifully underneath the cheese with precise ribbon cuts. We especially appreciated that the owner took the patience and time, offering his guidance on how to order easily for our next dinner. We'll definitely be back ❤️
