Only to be told the second we walk in they close soon by a young rude girl named Maya, I had to ask her manager what her name was because she said she didn’t have to tell me and that she was a minor. Anyways, she refused my e gift card and said that she didn’t have a scanner upfront and I asked if she could take it to the drive through window scanner and place order there, since it’s literally storming and told to seek shelter. Finally after her rolling her eyes and being rude she entered the numbers, i gave her my number for a sip club and never even got a cup. This girl continued to tell me about how they close soon, i told her that the news says to seek shelter and that we would need to stay and finish our hot coacoa while the storm passed. I love Panera but I will never return to this one. The soup I got was cold and the cook told me “ there’s a microwave over there” like seriously?! Worst place ever.

Do not waste your time or money here. We stopped at 8:15pm to order coffee & were told they weren’t sure what to do because they closed in 45 minutes??? Cashier was nice but clueless. They had no sugar free options in the store. Once we got our hazelnut coffee, it was cold & they had to microwave it. Definitely felt like we were in the way of them trying to close early. We had wanted to order a sandwich, but they seemed so incompetent, we opted for a gas station sandwich instead.

Technologically outdated> Most Panera's have order kiosks, so those who are familiar can order and move on. This store does not, so you are at the mercy of an employee being present and helping you. I had loaded gift cards onto my account using the app and the employee couldn't figure out how to utilize them. We ended up canceling that order, ordering it on the app and picking it up at the counter.
Disorganized kitchen> The young guy who took my order also let me know that they were out of many items. This was 9am, so it wasn't because we were at the end of a long day. Someone doesn't plan well with either ordering or preparing. This seems like a leadership problem.
Heating issues> For a place that is built around the idea of warm soups, breads, coffee etc. the entire "dining room" was very cold. This was magnified when my wife visited the bathroom before we left. She described it as "freezing".
Overall, I enjoy Panera Bread. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future.

I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich to eat for dinner. Before driving back home,I decided to look at the sandwich. Messy barbecue sauce was all over the wrapper and melted cheese was melted and stuck to the paper. I went back into the store and asked for the manager. I explained to her that the presentation of food that I buy must be totally acceptable. She looked at the sandwich and tried to explain to me that the barbecue. sauce will get all over the wrapping paper. The sandwich literally looked like a five year old made the sandwich. The manager asked me if I was going to eat the sandwich. Why would I walk back into Panera to complain about a sandwich? She thought that I would eat that mess. I told her that I didn't like her attitude. She said that she didn't have an attitude. She refunded my money because I didn't want her to make another messy barbecue sandwich for me ever!

I like Panera’s food, but the prices are very high for the portion you get. Brownies are bomb though! Can’t leave without spending at least $20, which is not ideal for me. Would be a nice place to study, but the air circulation is horrible. Sitting in the corner of the restaurant and was freezing because the heat wasn’t reaching far enough I guess. It’s a little dirty too. I was sitting in my booth and the seat popped off the wooden frame. They need to invest in accurate repairs.

I don't generally eat at panera because I can make my own soup and sandwiches. But we had a coupon for some free items. The staff was friendly. The service was great. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't remarkable either. But it's a fast food deli, so that tracks. Nice of you want something quick that isn't burgers or tacos.

My sandwich was missing bacon and I got soup but no spoon.
Just left, after ordering a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Apparently, this order was too complex. They gave me cream of chicken for a carryout order. Thankfully I checked before getting back on highway.
When the cashier and person making order was asked how it was mixed up, he gave a smart a$$ comment back, “mistakes happen” with a lisp.
No apology… nothing.

I recently tried the butter croissant and iced caramel latte at Panera Bread, and they were both delicious! The croissant was soft and buttery, and the iced caramel latte was sweet and refreshing. It was a great combo, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Food is always stale, never fresh. And forget even trying to get hot coffee. I had to leave without my drink because coffee dispenser was completely empty. Had to leave without my drink because I didn’t have time for their slow asses to make nasty coffee.
