Absolutely amazing staff, even better food. I visit this panera at least once a week. Very calming lobby, great attitude from the team as well as fast service. Would absolutely recommend coming here.

I stopped by Panera Bread recently, and while the food was tasty and the iced tea was especially refreshing, I have to be honest—my experience was once again affected by the attitude of one of the employees. There’s a young woman with black hair and glasses who has been rude both times I’ve come in. She has a very negative demeanor and made me feel uncomfortable during our interaction.

It’s disappointing because the rest of the staff seem kind, and the environment is clean and welcoming. But this is the second time I’ve had a poor experience specifically because of her. I really do enjoy the food here, but customer service matters—and I hope something is done to address it.

That tall girl with long dark hair and black glasses always has a weird look on her face whenever I come up to get my food. Generally all the other employees are super nice but that one always has an attitude and brings down the atmosphere! She makes me feel stupid for getting the food I paid good money for.

My oatmeal was really bad. They didn't put the cinnamon sugar on top which really would've given it flavor and what I was looking forward to tasting. Wasted $5.99 😁😁

I've been here many times since they've opened and it's all been fine. The biggest complaint I have is the food quality has gone down hill drastically over the years. They also keep taking allergy safe foods off their menu, which makes it hard to eat here so I don't very often. They still have the best lemonade though. The restaurant is generally clean as well. Bathrooms are usually clean too. I also will give it up to this location specifically because they kindly donated bagels and cream cheeses to our teachers and staff for Staff Appreciation Week.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely no customer service they have messed up my order on several occasions with no offer to help fix anything other than “you can come back and we will remake it” p.s. I live 30 mins from the store, and stopped on my way home from work 😑

Was on highway and tornado warning hit. Pulled off to seek shelter. Only to be told the second we walk in they close soon by a young rude girl named Maya, I had to ask her manager what her name was because she said she didn’t have to tell me and that she was a minor. Anyways, she refused my e gift card and said that she didn’t have a scanner upfront and I asked if she could take it to the drive through window scanner and place order there, since it’s literally storming and told to seek shelter. Finally after her rolling her eyes and being rude she entered the numbers, i gave her my number for a sip club and never even got a cup. This girl continued to tell me about how they close soon, i told her that the news says to seek shelter and that we would need to stay and finish our hot coacoa while the storm passed. I love Panera but I will never return to this one. The soup I got was cold and the cook told me “ there’s a microwave over there” like seriously?! Worst place ever.

Do not waste your time or money here. We stopped at 8:15pm to order coffee & were told they weren’t sure what to do because they closed in 45 minutes??? Cashier was nice but clueless. They had no sugar free options in the store. Once we got our hazelnut coffee, it was cold & they had to microwave it. Definitely felt like we were in the way of them trying to close early. We had wanted to order a sandwich, but they seemed so incompetent, we opted for a gas station sandwich instead.
