Yesterday was my birthday and my husband took our family to Red Lobster for dinner. I love Red Lobster! Matt was our server and he did an awesome job! He was cordial, knowledgeable about the menu, very nice to our special needs son, and just overall a wonderful server! He helped make my birthday dinner very nice!! Oh...and the food was great too!!

I placed a To Go order of fish and chips. I want to say up front that the fish and the chips were good. However I was disappointed that it didn’t come with malt vinegar or tartar sauce. Just packets of ketchup, a lemon wedge (why?) and a mysterious red sauce that said use by the end of the day. The meal also came with coleslaw and two hush puppies (again, why?). I asked if I could substitute for the hush puppies but the answer was no. I hate to waste food but I did not want them. Overall this meal had much too much fried on the plate: fried fish, fried potatoes, fried whatever hush puppies are (dough?). We really should be able to take the hush puppies off and substitute something green, or at least some rice. And no cheddar biscuit. I thought that came with everything. And on a separate note, I don’t know if the decor is controlled by corporate but it is very dark and dreary and uninviting. That’s sad because Red Lobster used to be a wonderful place. It is very uninspiring now.

Just mediocre all around. Service wasn't good, once the salads were delivered the waitress did not come back except to drop off food, did not check for refills and was not around to be asked for anything. If they had been busy I would've understood but there were maybe 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. The food was not great. The salad was bland and the chicken on the chicken Alfredo was caked in an overpowering seasoning that ruined the Alfredo sauce. I like seasoning but when it turns the whole sauce red maybe cool off on it some. My fiancé's crab was good and the biscuits are famous for a reason but everything else needed improvement. Not worth the price

My server was great. She was thoughtful to ask the kitchen if the seasoning for my crab legs was gluten free and come to find out, it wasn't. She saved me from a miserable next day.

The food was on par. I miss cheddar bay biscuits. They are so yummy. The facilities were clean and tidy. This was a very pleasant experience.
