Been going to Ron’s all my life from the area. Send everyone I ever meet to try the local spot we are known for UNTIL TONIGHT. Call in to their delivery number I have always called and pulled the call history to verify. Living on the west Carrollton side I order from this one and have never had an issue call the same number and somehow am sent to the Miamisburg location and find this out 50 minutes AFTER I order and pay for my food and see them call and assume they are here for delivery and no they are calling to tell me I can’t get my food unless I pick it up because they don’t deliver that far. I completely understand being outside of a delivery zone. My absolute frustration is when I gave them my address in the beginning of the phone call no one and there systems didn’t flag it and correct it then until WELL after I place my order. You’ve wasted my time patience money and every place I go and person I see I will no longer send here after how that manager refused to apologize for their side not calling me sooner and seeing no wrong because I “called the Miamisburg location “ even tho it is the SAME number I always call they have set for deliveries specifically. Poor management backed by poor execution.

Let me start off with saying the staff is amazing, great service never disappoints. I’d give a 1 star if the staff wasn’t so great . This is to the owners ! I have always been the biggest fan of the Santa Fe (taco pizza) , been a few years since I had it. Having a bad day and wanted this pizza to put a smile on my face. I was not smiling actually threw the large pizza away after 2 pieces from the disappointment! Cheap cheese, barely any flavor to the meat , I don’t know who decided to change the original recipe but this ain’t it ! All the other pizzas great same as before , not this pizza!

Used carry out. The guy in the Boston hat really makes you feel like you're a burden. Remember, your place exists BECAUSE of the customers not the other way around.
All the pizza had a smoked flavor, which I personally don't care for. To me, it tasted like ham, which I do not like either. I ordered a cheese pizza. Luckily, I ordered a small. The service was great. I'll try other options next time.

Ordered a deluxe pizza, fried pickles and cheese sticks. Pizza is fantastic, there’s something about their pizza sauce that makes it so tasty! Food was good, service was good! This place was busy and I know why!!

I ordered pick up on the phone was told a price for each item and when I went I was charged more cause the person over the phone told me the wrong price on 2 items I was charged 12$ more than I told over the phone and when I went I told the lady at the front she basically told me tough luck, then to top it off I ordered tenders with 2 sauces(got one) the sauce was opened and spilled all over the tenders making them soggy by the time I got home, I normally love this food but such terrible service this time, doubt ill be back seeing as how she acted and how many mess ups there were, 75$ wasted.
