I had the most horrible experience today at this location in miamisburg. First I called in to place a carryout order. Was put on hold for 5 min. Hung up and called back and received a message mailbox is full and no one answered. Called 51 times and received the same response. Now I have reached the restaurant to finally place the order after waiting on a waitress named Bo. While waiting on my food I witnessed 2 issues. Doordash guy came in and was told food orders will be ready and sitting on the counter by hostess desk so they told him to have seat. While there was a carryout sitting by the cold window I said to the hostess maybe that is the doordash order. Amazingly it was. Then another lady and husband were waiting on table and said they signed in online she kept seeing people get seated and wondered why. Hostess said it makes no difference if sign in online you must still get on the list at hostess desk. Funny there is a sign that encourages online check in. Now my food is ready they gave me my food and I said I need to pay. Oh well! Gave her a coupon for 2.00 off and was told coupon is only for dine in but coupon does not say that. Asked to speak to mgr. Was given a frustrated look from Bo. Mgr came and said no problem. While mgr was processing my purchase I heard Bo tell her I told the customer 20 times we cant take the coupon. Now the mgr comes back to me and said I cant take the coupon per owner. Now Bo comes back to me and literally throws my receipt and credit card on the counter. Now all this over 2.00 which does not say dine in only which we as customers are supposed to know this. Poor service level! Maybe this should be a focus area rather then pushing people around!! Remember we as customers have choices in where we dine!

Pretty standard breakfast fare, great prices in comparison to other lunch/brunch places, like First Watch or Another Broken Egg Cafe. Be sure to ask what the Coffee of the Day is. I'm not into a highlander grog, but the Costa Rican coffee is AMAZING. If you like specialty creamers, they only have half and half, hazelnut (yuck) and French vanilla. Service has always been friendly and timely, and if you want a refill coffee to go, don't say no! We typically go after our morning walk for brunch and enjoy Scramblers a lot! Parking at this location can be tight, so be careful out there!

I got my food and it was cold and had to wait for some gravy and when I got that it was cold and I had to ask for it to be heated up. Which they did but it's just didn't taste right after that. But I believe in sending chances and i think the pancakes and waffles look really good so I will go back to give that a try at some point. Hopefully it will be hot.

We love this breakfast place, but I went to order this morning online and saw that you had taken away the pancake fruit tacos that came with the chocolate and caramel sauce with whipped cream. That is what I always ordered and it was absolutely amazing. Please bring that menu item back. Thank you.

Scramblers is without a doubt a great breakfast place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was wonderfully cozy and inviting, bright, clean, and filled with a relaxed buzz. It's the perfect setting to kick off a great morning.
The kitchen executed every classic perfectly my sausage links were thick and cooked well tasty & chewy, the eggs were flawlessly scrambled (light, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned), and the pancakes were huge with that subtle vanilla flavor that makes them instantly addictive.
Beyond the perfect plate, the service was truly exceptional. Our server was incredibly attentive, quick with coffee refills, and genuinely warm, making us feel completely taken care of without ever rushing us.
If you're looking for a breakfast that delivers on taste, quality, and a fantastic overall experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

There food is very good there. The service not so great. I truly get things happen. As I just started to eat my food because I work today, I almost swallowed a square bread tie that was inside my burrito. One of the staff members came over and said this was the second time that week they found a square bread tie in someone's food. I just couldn't eat after that. The manager came over just said sorry she didn't know how that happened. They she handed us our bill and said I took your burrito off your bill. Never said can we offer anything else? Maybe this meal is on the house? As we were leaving I didn't hear her say have a good day. I am hard of hearing and was pretty upset about breakfast. I was just trying to get out of their as quickly as I could. My husband and I don't get to go out just the two of us much. My husband told me when we were in the car, she said have a good day. He said she then mumbled something under her breath. I would never not have responded back to her. I understand it's hard dealing with people. Please go back to great customer service. When something truly not right, do everything to try and make it right. Nothing like going out to breakfast because you work and having to come home to cook. We love Marie Scramblers, but sadly we will not be back.
