Slowest Starbucks in the area. Zero urgency in anyone and drinks are wrong half the time

Normally, I don’t have any issues with this location but today my drink tasted terrible and I’m pretty sure it was a new girl that made it and she was on her phone the entire time and kept talking to one of the other workers instead of making the drinks and I noticed they were really behind, and the manager looked overwhelmed. Maybe hire employees that actually do their job

Absolute worst service ever twice waited 30 minutes for coffee that taste like water with 4 workers talking changing garbage and then their excuse is understaffed, with 4 people doing nothing I go to all Starbucks around the area, Mad River is amazing drive extra minutes to there so worth it. Worst worst customer service ever!
Im adding to this review, does anyone else think Starbucks copy and paste scripted apologies to bad reviews or experiences is more a slap in the face than an aplogy? They say the same response pretty much in the same way to everyone and insert your direct complaint, if you were truly sorry something would be done about it, but nothing happens and thats why those employees act that way because they know there will be no consequences for bad behavior.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I order 2 simple drinks, psl with foam and pumpkin Frappuccino on mobile order. Said it would take 15 mins, ok. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready and nothing was ready. I waited for 45 mins trying to get someone’s attention and no one answered. Manager was being snobby and when I told them I was waiting 45 mins they laughed at me and handed me my drinks that were sitting in the back for the whole 45 mins. I asked them to remake them as they were watered down and been sitting for 45 mins or give me a refund. The manager laughed and refused. Never going back there again, don’t use the location!

I walked into Starbucks and there was a male barista yelling at someone from over the Register, It said Zack on the name tag. He said Something along the lines of “ Get out of my store” I’m assuming he’s the general manager with how harsh he was speaking to the young girl besides me nd stated how unprofessional this was. I’m disappointed in the way he was talking with no care that I was standing right in front of the register!!! I would come back but I felt extremely uncomfortable especially as a women with how he was speaking

A Lack

I come to this location just about everyday. Have the same order most of the time. I asked for a cup of ice which I’m aware they have a rule in place now you have to make a purchase before you can have a cup of ice which is bizarre as much money as this company makes because of people like me who goes there everyday. However I told the lady I had a prior mobile order and it was at another Starbucks which I was told from a manager even if you had prior order you can still get a cup of ice. So she told me my manager is here I can ask her and she needed to confirm it and look it up and I said I come here everyday I don’t need to lie she says yes I know you do, but treated me like I was a liar when she sees me all the time. Then when I called 5 mins later to speak with a manager she said the manager was on break. I’ve spent to much money with this location and to be treated like I need to steal a cup of ice is very insulting. Lost my business

It's Starbucks. This is a better summer coffee house interior seating is cramped. Tried having a meeting and the table next to us was pretty much involved in the entire conversation.
