A Lack
I come to this location just about everyday. Have the same order most of the time. I asked for a cup of ice which I’m aware they have a rule in place now you have to make a purchase before you can have a cup of ice which is bizarre as much money as this company makes because of people like me who goes there everyday. However I told the lady I had a prior mobile order and it was at another Starbucks which I was told from a manager even if you had prior order you can still get a cup of ice. So she told me my manager is here I can ask her and she needed to confirm it and look it up and I said I come here everyday I don’t need to lie she says yes I know you do, but treated me like I was a liar when she sees me all the time. Then when I called 5 mins later to speak with a manager she said the manager was on break. I’ve spent to much money with this location and to be treated like I need to steal a cup of ice is very insulting. Lost my business

This location is going downhill. I waited in line at the window for over 15mins for 1 drink. I can see if I made substitution to my drink but I ordered it the way they make it. Smh. And on top of that when I finally got it it was almost completely melted like it had been sitting.

We just went through the drive through and I was shocked at the extremely professional, friendly staff on the speaker and at the window. They even referred to me by name when giving me my coffee. Wonderful customer service!

My son and I were blessed with two awesome baristas, one of which was Caroline (sorry if I got that wrong) at the store on 741 this morning. She saw my 3 year old son and immediately connected with him through the drive thru and gave him a free chocolate cake pop that he ate when got home, and I have pictures for her if she sees this and reaches out. He was so happy and it was just a great experience. Not to mention, the coffee was great, too! Thank you guys!! 😊
the only starbucks takes i always have to wait for my drink at least for over 10 minutes even I place mobile order at least 15 minutes before. the thing is the store isn't crowded at all. i used to come before renovation and I never had this problem.
