No Thanks

This place was beyond disgusting. The food was okay but my goodness, it was dirty EVERYWHERE. I took my daughter to the bathroom and the dispenser was broken on the floor, urine on the walls, the sink was so gross I told her we’re just going to wipe her hand off after. Literally couldn’t wash her hands because of how dirty it was. Every table, no exaggeration, has food crumbs stuck on.

Food is great, but ordering on a screen and doing everything for yourself (drinks, napkins, condiments, pickup, cleanup, etc.) You'd think prices could be a little more reasonable...

I ordered 2 meals through the drive through, got half of one of the meals, and told I was good to go… wish I looked in the bag before getting home. Drive through service workers are typically rude, if they say anything at all to you. I love steak and shake, and this one is very close by it’s a shame that this one sucks.

The new kiosk only ordering system inside is bad. Of 5 kiosks, only 2 or 3 worked. I saw 2 people with larger orders in after mine have their food 5 to 10 minutes faster. There were logistics for people dining in that looked frustrating. Food was decent for the price. Definitely miss human cashiers. I don't blame the cooks, I blame the corporate decision-making, but the cools looked harried.

The kiosk is hard to understand. The receipt comes out of the bottom and is easily missed. If you don't get a bar code with your receipt you can not get a drink. Not user friendly for first time patrons

Milkshake wasn’t mixed up and food felt thrown together. Place just has gone downhill. Everyone was extremely rude and just overall unhappy. Very lazy crew. Went through the drive through 11/8/25 at around 6:15
