Seems like Steak & Shake has found it's bearings. Solid burgers, friendly staff, good service and those fries....excellent.

I tend to forget about Steak and Shake, but I’ve had it twice recently and both times it’s been delicious and quickly served. I’ve also been able to eat for under $10, which is not easy these days. Overall I highly recommend!

Boyfriend and I grabbed a milkshake here today, asked for extra KitKat; our milkshake was not filled at all/barely any KitKat; just no care; don’t recommend eating here, just lazy & disappointing service.

So we went in to have dinner and there was a family behind us that was having a problem getting something to drink, so I let them know that they had to scan the QR code on the receipt to get the soda machine to work, well they did not receive one so they went to the counter and the workers looked and they had purchased sweet tea so therefore they did not get a a QR code and the girl behind the counter told them that the sweet tea was at the end of the counter and I said that there was none out there and she got real snotty and said no one asked you, and then went in the back and I could hear her talking to the other employees saying acting like he works here, so I replied I kind of do because I had to take my own order clean my own table and go get my own food AMC replies I know you are not talking to me, and then they have the audacity to have on their what kind of tip I would like to leave, I feel like I should be given a tip because I did all of the work, what would they be getting tipped for, I took my order I clean the table I got my food and brought it to the table I had to get my own drinks and had to deal with a shity attitude from a employee. I will not be returning there, I recommend taking the extra 10 to 15 minute drive and go to Freddy's in Centerville

Got a double garlic burger, the food was on point but the atmosphere wasn't too hot, jaded staff and heard of some messed up orders while I waited 😕

Great food and awsome shakes. You know... Steak n' Shake. Had to order on one of those computer kiosks though. I miss the waitress. But service was so fast... oh well..progress I guess.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The place is just beyond disgusting! Very upsetting since this has been one of my favorite places not sure if it’s under different management but they need to shut down and clean everything from ceiling to floor. Toilet seat not even attached to toilet , tampons sitting on top of trash in bathroom, dude mopping was wiping sweat off his head then grabbed lids for drinks. GROSSS!!! 🤮

The restaurant was dirty and there is no service anymore. It's more of a self service restaurant now and drink code tickets were super annoying and inconvenient. Hard pass, there are several other restaurants in the area doing the same thing better
