Very nice lady he served me the food And food was great as usual, I like to get a triple stack with barbecue and chili on the side so I can put on my burger!! Chili is also really good and doesn't taste like all the other chili around these parts that have that stew taste to it

The quickest steak and shake I've been to, my order was done in about 5 min even when the place was busy. The garlic burger is the best fast food burger out there.

We went through the drive thru during lunch and had a young lady named Tiffany take our order. She is the most polite, caring fast food worker I have encounter. She told us her name, took our order and even read it back to us. Now we haven’t been to Steak ‘n Shake since before Covid when there was severs and they had mushrooms on burgers. Now we will say the women at the window who took our money and gave us our food wasn’t so nice and just kept complaining about how tired she was due to being pregnant that did kind of rub us the wrong way because we didn’t need to know that But I will say that this women’s customer service was top notch and will definitely be back. I hope someone up the chain of this restaurant see this and commends this worker on her service. Our food was point on and hot and fresh.

You have to watch this store if you order. They have issues with timing, and if you order on the phone app, they automatically assume you're coming through the drive thru, so your order may disappear for a while back at drive thru and become cold. Interestingly, Steak n Shakes have had similar problems for decades, long before any human ever used an app or a kiosk. Too much concentration on drive thru. To their credit, they went full tilt in that direction during the pandemic apparently by just getting rid of human servers.

Ordered fries and milkshakes to go. Waited about 15 minutes for 3 large fries, and was told the milkshakes would be out in a minute. 20 minutes later we left with 4 milkshakes and 3 large, soggy, fries.

Ordered chilli Mac supreme with extra sauce and cheese received barely any sauce and no cheese. My milkshake had a whole in bottom my cup holder was full of my shake with my 10 minute drive. The chilli cheese fries was the only thing that was correct

More than $20 for two burgers and milkshake. Burgers were over cooked and still room temperature. Handed our order and no words were ever spoke after we ordered. Terrible food but even worse service.

No one waits on you to take your order and no one is there to wipe down or clean the tables off in between guests. AND when you place your own order at the kiosk they have the nerve to ask for a tip!! For who? I did everything myself!
