Had not visited a taco bell in quite some time so I stopped on my way home. Honestly I don't go there often because my orders get messed up repeatedly. I gave them another chance and was disappointed yet again. Normally it's not so bad that the food is inedible but this time my tacos were not edible. The Mexican pizzas were good but the 4 tacos that came with the 2 combos were switched.

It's taco bell, you know what to expect from the food. I chose to go inside rather than go through the drive through and eat in my car. That was a mistake. After ordering my own food at a kiosk, I wandered around the absolutely filthy dining room. I had a five second interaction with someone that brought my food to the counter. I sat in the cleanest spot I could find and got out of there as soon as I could

Rude staff. Used kiosk as I was so rudely instructed to do after I placed my order I waited a good 15 minutes just to watch 3 people who ordered after me leave with their food. This location has to be one of the worst.

I tend to go after work like 10ishpm, went thrift drive-thru whomever answered I found out her name let's just say down right RUDE! Ordered my food which was wrong, had to come inside an get it right. Asked for a cup of ice didn't get. The lady at the window asked me a question which I didn't upstand her. She grabbed her head and shook it lol. Then proceeded to Had my change and the food at the same time. Wasn't a good experience at all. Their food is going downhill, cold most of the time.

I came to order a few things the other night and they were out of everything I was trying to get. I was given a few free taco coupons to make up for it. When I came back to claim my free tacos that were owed to me I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. The manager Cody was very rude and very unprofessional! I will not return to this location!!

How/Why is it over $5 for a grilled cheese burrito and they make it the same size as the ones on the value menu that are $1.50 . Barely any toppings at all . Chipotle is almost the same price and it’s huge . Absolutely ridiculous.

they say they are open, but will not respond. I see the workers mopping the floor answering other people looking through the window and clearly looking at me and ignoring me.

Waited 20 minutes for online order. Watched People go in and get their food ordering over the counter while I wanted. This place is a joke.
This place absolutely sucks, 1 star cuz I can’t give it zero I have been there over 10 times and I ask for every taco to be simply plain with just meat and the shredded cheese. But I get either all the topping or I get it with nacho cheese. Will never reccomend this place to anyone not even the worst of people

The most pathetic portions I have ever seen. Chicken quesadilla had no ingredients in both of the outer pieces. Soft tacos had almost no ingredients in them. Hoping that it was a training issue.

We placed a mobile app order at 7:22. Went to get it like usual through drive thru. We got there and they said the process has changed. Order won’t be ready till 7:46. Was told to go wait in parking lot and then come back through the drive thru. So we would have eating 23 minutes for fast food. Asked for a refund. They said we could not get a refund through their location. I then asked for a GM or a DM. Was told they are a franchise and have nobody for us to talk too to get refund. So we payed 12$ for nothing. I then said I will wait in drive thru and was told they would call the police. Nice lack of customer service. On the app there is not a place for a refund. I would avoid this location and definitely don’t use the Taco Bell app. Who wants to wait 22 minutes in the parking lot. Very sad when franchises think they are not connected to corporate.

They got my order wrong three times,, manager was rude and told me that my companion was a liar, at the end of all of it- when he finally got my order correct, he gave me a very tiny serving. And when I say tiny I mean 4 potato's.
