Definitely gone down hill recently. I asked for extra sauce at the drive thru and verified id get extra sauce at the windows and held out my bag to make sure I got it and they denied me any more sauces. Gave me 4 in the bag. Total rip off

Ordered 11 items and only ONE item was made correctly. The fiesta potatoes were stale and were served plain with no sour cream or nacho cheese, ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no rice and it came with steak and of course the rice was not removed, my soft taco had ONLY cheese and lettuce no beef — and they asked “does everything look correct on my screen?” It doesn’t matter because apparently they don’t read the screen. Terrible and poorly ran

I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she has a lip piercing. So if managers you are reading this please tell her this!! She is easily the best Taco Bell employee I have ever met. Me and my friends got off work and decided to get tacobell at 12am so we had 3 different orders. When we arrived we could tell she was a little stressed since she was making the orders herself but kept an amazing attitude and smile on her face letting us know it will be just a little bit. Food was perfect and no errors were made. She even brought the food out to us since we had to pull around!! She was easily the best employee I have ever seen.

Everything was stale and the portions felt tiny, even for fast food. We were getting an order together and were asked three times by two different people if we were ready. This was after saying, “just a minute please” and no one was waiting behind us. Felt weird and overall a bummer experience.

Had not visited a taco bell in quite some time so I stopped on my way home. Honestly I don't go there often because my orders get messed up repeatedly. I gave them another chance and was disappointed yet again. Normally it's not so bad that the food is inedible but this time my tacos were not edible. The Mexican pizzas were good but the 4 tacos that came with the 2 combos were switched.

It's taco bell, you know what to expect from the food. I chose to go inside rather than go through the drive through and eat in my car. That was a mistake. After ordering my own food at a kiosk, I wandered around the absolutely filthy dining room. I had a five second interaction with someone that brought my food to the counter. I sat in the cleanest spot I could find and got out of there as soon as I could

Rude staff. Used kiosk as I was so rudely instructed to do after I placed my order I waited a good 15 minutes just to watch 3 people who ordered after me leave with their food. This location has to be one of the worst.
