Sat outside on a beautiful Saturday afternoon for 20 minutes, never saw a server. The couple to my left had to go find their server to get their check. Family to my left got drink orders than never saw their server. A couple the arrived after me sat for 15 minutes and left. After reading reviews about how bad the food was I wasn’t going to keep waiting for sub par food.

Food was horrible and not worth the price. We had: Fried Pickles (really greasy and something was off), Meat Lovers Pizza (just did not taste good) and Kaboom Burger (bun felt old and meat was overcooked). Service was good.

We waited over an hour for our food and only received it once I asked the waitress about it and told her I wanted to talk to the manager. People sitting at several tables near us who came in after us received their food way before I asked to see the manager. The manager said they made an error and he comped our bill. I couldn't help but wonder if we were treated that way because we were the only people of color in the place. Our waitress also did not check in with us like she did the other tables. The burgers were salty. Spend your money somewhere else where they treat you better like ele Cake Co. Bistro where they have similar meals but treat you much better.

Not going back to this place anytime soon. The food was over cooked and dry. I got the wings with garlic sauce. The Long Island was terrible. Got our order taken after sitting there for 10 mins. Took way to long to get our order and besides the occasional walking by asking for a thumbs up for the server. She only stopped by once after order. Pretty sure they over charged me for the food and 1 drink was $33, I couldn't tell because I didn't get a paper receipt. Not much good here

Had my first experience at park and grille about 2 weeks ago, let’s just say I won’t be back. Sat on the patio on a beautiful day, is was mid afternoon and not that busy at all. We got 2 drinks, ordered food and 45 minutes later I had 2 empty glasses and no food, made eye contact with the waitress several times to try to be respectful and I got nothing, let’s just say I could’ve walked over to 5 guys, got a meal and a drink to quench my thirst, brought it back over and ate and still probably get no service. I walked up to the bar and asked for my bill I’m ready to leave, the blonde bartender was rude when I told her I wasn’t paying for the food I didn’t receive. No wonder they are hiring!

Walked in there received no service. Got up and left. Atmosphere was not welcoming and is a shame. I would not recommend this place.

Server was nice, food was terrible, atmosphere is nice. We ordered devil eggs that taste like they were piped with only mustard filling, cheese burger and fries, burger patties taste like the cheap premade patties, chilli was okay, and wings were almost $17 for 5 jumbo wings that were only sauced without a lick of seasoning.

This is our go-to place 2-3 times a week.. $2 draft beers, all day everyday makes this a fun and inexpensive place to be.

Food and atmosphere are great! Fun sports bar to watch games, and I love the $2 domestic drafts. However, the service was not good. The sign when you walk in states to seat yourself and a server will be with you...we waited 30 minutes and no one came or even looked at our table. Finally, we went up to the bar to try to get a drink and the server acted like she was inconvenienced to serve us. I do like the that there is a QR code on the table to place your order, but we did not know about this until later because there was no one that came to the table help us when we sat down. Seems like the servers were more focused on socializing? There were a couple of servers/bartenders that checked on us later on, but overall I was not impressed with the service.
