I've been coming to this Tim Hortons every morning for over a year to get my breakfast and drink. As of yesterday I will no longer be back. I ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a diet Coke and they said Coke. I tried to say no ... diet..but and they turned the speaker off so I just figured I'd make sure when I got up to the window. I Got up the window. She handed me my drink and I asked if it was diet. She said no and then she turns around and looks at the other girl. The other girl says in a sassy way " well she didn't order a diet" and then they both started to laugh and do the eye rolls... at me both of them and proceeded to hand me my drink.. very rude and unprofessional so I will no longer be going back to that location at all.

went to this Tim Hortons around midday on 3/23/2025. I've been to other Tim Horton's before at various times so I'm gonna assume that these rules (I suppose & will tell you in a minute) apply to all Tim's location. I originally went to a Tim's to pick up a dash order....while there I saw their Chocolate Glazed Donuts so I brought TWO. They were soooo moist & delicious I was thinking about the donuts HOURS AFTER I had eaten them. So when I went to this location....the only thing I wanted to get was THOSE CHOCOLATE DONUTS! When I walked in I was greeted with one little ol Chocolate donut. I asked if this was all there was of that kind and if they were going to have/make anymore. That was all they had & wasn't making anymore. Now I can only assume that they make a certain amount of each kinds of donuts and balls & once they sell out that's it. THAT right there is unfortunate.....FOR THE CUSTOMER! This should apply to ALL the Tim's locations....if they see that one flavor is way more popular than the others....then they should make more of that kind to LAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY!🤷🏾♀️ ANYWAY, although disappointed...I still brought that ONE glazed Chocolate donut, a sour cream donut & a blueberry (I believe) donut. I bragged about the Chocolate donut so much to my daughter that I was going to buy TWO so we each could have one...THAT didn't pan out so I gave her the Chocolate one (she thoroughly enjoyed!) and I had the other two. The glazes sour cream donut wasn't anything to write home about 😒 BUT the blueberry donut was alright.....just alright. BRING ON MORE GLAZES CHOCOLATE DONUTS please!

Waited over 30 minutes for a moblie order that i placed. I understand that they get busy but to say your making the order then to come back an say you cant find it an you need my name its been 30 minutes for 2 drinks hats ridiculous.

Went through the drive through this morning to buy 4 items, however they were out of one option. No big deal, however the cashier, an older white lady, was RUDE at the speaker. We paid $11 for 3 items, ( 2 bagels and a doughnut) and we didn’t even receive the donut. Unacceptable.

I guess hot drinks are considered lukewarm drinks. Sub bacon on sandwiches completely ignored. 25$ for breakfast and it to be bad is not the way I wanted to start my morning.

I went through the drive through and this lady with the name tag sierra she had a foul odor and was extremely rude taking my order she basically threw the food in my face super unfriendly overall.

Stopped by for a coffee with my sister and our partners a few days after Thanksgiving. Seemed like there was a lot of tension between the staff members. And the girl at the register seemed annoyed with us being there. If you’re looking for somewhere friendly I would not recommend this location.

This is the absolute worst location. They took the whole line of the drive-through before they even waited on one of the six people in the lobby. I worked customer service on my life, and you never take care of all the drive-through before you take care of the people that actually walked in to see you.!!!
