i received the absolute rudest service i have ever received in my entire life, my chest started hurting and i wanted to cry. our server kept yelling at us for HER getting our order wrong. it was insane. she scolded us like we were children. she brought us a total of 5 wrong orders and the order i did accept and said was mine was because she bullied me into taking it, we never even got our drinks after 30 minutes, we were fine, we were patient, it took us a very very long time to get rude back. it was the older african lady so the owner of this restaurant knows to please remind this women how to be a decent human being.

Kat was extremely unprofessional. She slammed the silverware down on the table when we first got seated. Screamed in the store, snapped a pen in half. And she flipped us off and then proceeded to walk out of the restaurant… The rest of the staff was amazing. I highly recommend avoiding Kat.

Kat was absolutely unpersonable, and talked about walking out of her shift as we sat at her table. She threw straws at us and didn’t even greet our table until 13 minutes after we sat down. Food was great but unnecessarily slamming dishes and screaming at the top of her lungs while serving us. The rest of the staff was great!! We really appreciate their hard work while dealing with all other issues on shift!

Kat was very rude and it was made very clear she was not happy to be here working. She refused to help her customers and seemed like she wanted to get in any argument possible. Would recommend avoiding this server for any decent service, been coming here for years and never had an issue until this server Kat who is very unhappy.

I’ve been to this location many nights and have never met any of this staff, but they were all fantastic. Gertie just took a little extra step of kindness for me that made my day, even when she didn’t have to. Kat, Zach, and Kylo (sorry if your names wrong buddy it was hard to read) were very kind and accommodating for me. I really appreciated their time and effort and they deserve the recognition!
