Today may have been an off day as far as my experience but I was underwhelmed with my meal. I had to send back the hash browns because they were overdone and it left very little potato. The coffee was lukewarm and I just wasn't pleased with my experience today.

Lovely staff love all the chatter that you get to kinda hear when sitting here. Restroom could be deep cleaned soon it smells and the floor is very sticky.

At the Moraine Waffle House. I asked for very very crisp bacon. I had to send it back 2 times. I went ahead and ate my scrambled eggs or they would have become cold. The toast was served after the meal was consumed. The first time, the toast was burnt. I said to the waitress "I cannot believe you are serving me burnt toast." So, it also went back to be redone. When I order breakfast, I expect it to be served all together, the way I requested it, and not piece meal. When I decided to complain about the terrible way my food was served, I asked for my breakfast to be free or a voucher to return for a meal. I was told they could not because I had eaten it. When I left, I felt as if I had done something wrong. We frequently dined there for breakfast but have not been back since and unlikely to return any time soon.
No syrup was supplied for our waffle, potatoes were undercooked, no utensils were supplied our order was placed as to go. Service sucked.

Night crew on Monday- Tuesday...smoking vapor over the grill. Then proceeded to make another customer food without washing hands. That was enough for me to leave.

The ham was tasty. The eggs with cheese were delicious.
I was waiting for someone to join me for lunch, but because I was there by myself, the extremely rude waitress said I had to sit at the counter(which I was not wanting to do). I was willing to wait on a booth, but because of how I was treated I left and will NEVER return to that place ever again!
