Watermark Restaurant

We visited Watermark for the first time and were fortunate to have made it before they closed. We had reservations and were promptly greeted and seated by a hospitable host. Our waiter, Hayden, was knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions. He checked on us just enough to make us feel well cared for without being intrusive. Chef/owner Maria Walusis has done an amazing job with Watermark. The very comfortable atmosphere is exceeded only by the delightful menu. Always available is the "chef's whim" as well as seasonal specialties. Right now, it's a Veal Schnitzel that compares quite favorably with any I have ever had during my many trips to Germany. Came here for Corey Tucker performing, and not only was the music and atmosphere phenomenal. The food was perfect. Had the meatloaf and the fish and chips. Presentation and taste were so elogant and well done. Even the drinks were on point.
