They do the best they can with what they have. Just like we all do. Just got to slow it down a bit and focus on Dave Thomas DREAM. Wendy's was never meant to be fast food. You can't cook well and fast at the same time. The burgers take time because they are not frozen, and they are cooked with love. I know because I work there, and they have ridiculous times for even French fries. Gotta throw them away after 4 minutes from the vat to the waiting station. Hell, even Mcdonalds doesn't do that ...it's 20 minutes before they have to toss them. First time being a fry cook in my life and I (when I am there) get stressed out from the wait, hold times and the insanity of it all because I am not used to cooking fast. Bottom line, Cook with love and folks will come back. Cook/Serve with haste and will never be back. Also, hungry folks (door dash uber eats) don't mind waiting if they deliver the food fresh for their customers. Slow down ...focus ...main message... Ok carrying on =) the prices are expensive everywhere, but when people pay alot they expect MORE. Alright, Good night, folks.

This Wendy's is the worst ran one I have ever seen. And it never gets better. My breakfast was horrible. Cold, skimpy bacon, cold sauce, flat smashed, cold potatoes, no.ice in soda. Who likes warm coke? And no sausage gravey. Pathetic u can tell management doesn't hold any accountability, for their low standards. Door dash was fast. So don't blame them. This is all your failure to your brand

They talk to you like you’re the problem. Someone needs to come in and take over that Place and fire everyone and start fresh

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a happy meal. There was no toy included with the happy meal. When asked they said they were out of toys. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I was just there with my niece and we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before we ordered. Well the guy comes on the speaker and is shouting at us saying thank you for being patient. Literally screaming at us. We were waiting patiently and there was no reason to scream at us. We didn't even order anything after he verbally assaulted us.

If you were planning on online/mobile ordering, this Wendy's is NOT the location to do that. Did it once and learned the hard way; ordered a Baconator only to get slapped with a Dave's single. Was good, yeah, but still.
Also, this location does something I find perturbing that others don't; they will ONLY ring up such things as Dave's or Baconators as singles by default. If you want a double or triple, you HAVE to tell them that flat-out. The first time, some new guy they had starting there didn't even ask me and just rang my Baconator up as a single by default. Now, he was a new guy, so I'll be a bit more lenient here than I would be otherwise, but still. Luckily I got a free double Baconator when I pulled back around.
After the second time (in this case the mobile order), I wound up writing up Wendy's corporate and haven't been back to this location since.

Store was short staff and took me 20 minutes to get a mobile order that should have been ready. Store was dirty and workers were stretched thin
I've gotten food here in the past and it tasted alright but the customer service is absolutely atrocious! You wait in line for forever just to be met with attitude, I get having a bad day or being annoyed but this was beyond that. I definitely will NOT be coming back here any time soon! Save your time and money and go to any other fast food area nearby.

it doesn't matter what I order there is always something missing!!! fries: missing, burgers; missing, drinks; missing, apples; missing, I really don't know what to say anymore ... I know Wendy's is not a understanding boss and that makes for unhappy stressed employees.... that's why the turnover rate there is ridiculous..... the company is suffering and so is the community that likes Wendy's.... something has to give... something has to get better! the creator of Wendy's is rolling in his grave over the difficulties at this place!!!
