They do the best they can with what they have. Just like we all do. Just got to slow it down a bit and focus on Dave Thomas DREAM. Wendy's was never meant to be fast food. You can't cook well and fast at the same time. The burgers take time because they are not frozen, and they are cooked with love. I know because I work there, and they have ridiculous times for even French fries. Gotta throw them away after 4 minutes from the vat to the waiting station. Hell, even Mcdonalds...

Second time going to this location. Both times no one greeted me at the speaker. I had to ask if they were there. They're either short staffed or they are under-trained. It's slow. I had to pull up to wait for my food. Again. The guy that brought it out, 5 minutes later, was apologetic. It'd probably not their fault. It's the management. Do better, Wendy's. Dave would be disappointed.

Went in tonight to get the family dinner, one car in front I pull up start to order which it’s a big order the lady comes in the speaker and lists all the items they don’t currently have which was a lot, coke, hi ci, barbecue, ranch, quite a Few others I forgot, but anyways I finished my order I pulll up and pay, I get my drinks and she pulls me up (totally understand) it didn’t take long a few min but my food was good, it was fresh, and they got it right!
