I waited in line while Patrick walked in a straight line taking orders only in the outside lane. My line had to wait to get up to the front before anyone took our order. Patrick took orders from cars that were just pulling in while we waited forever. After speaking to Patrick and explaining he should go back and fourth between the line of cars, he still stayed in the outside lane. Sad that this place has good coffee but really bad help!!!

I was having trouble choosing a drink and gabby was SUCH a good help. I will definitely come back again if the service was as good as it was this time much better than your run of the mill Starbucks.
