There is never enough waitresses or cooks to keep things running smoothly! You can come in nobody in line and have a 10 minute wait! Get your grits together Bobby Evans! Never see a manager unless he’s cooking! Unbelievable ! Off to Perkins again!!!!!!

I have to say….. I am over impressed with the quality of the service and the food from this location. I have had a couple minor incidents with pick up orders but the staff and management have 100% rectified it immediately for us. I will continue my return as a loyal patron. Thank you!!

We sit there for half hour to get serve after I got the food it look like the give me the left over from someone else My fiance food had hair on the food when we told me manager she got attitude for no reason and still make me paid for the meals when we don’t even touch them if I could give 0 reviews I would do -10

The food was delicious! But the service and restrooms were not preferable.
The waitress did not once visit our table, from the time of delivering our meal until we we were ready to go and stopped her to ask for a box as she passed our table. (Not to ask how everything is, nor to refill the drinks)
The soap dispensers in both restrooms are falling apart, attempting to be held together by tape.
There was a small wait (about 10 min), which wasn't too bad for a Saturday brunch.
Also, not a huge deal, but the table was soaked from the cleaning before we sat. I asked they had something to dry it with, to which the waitress, without hesitation, offered to take care of it. . however, it was a one swipe and done kind of attempt, you can actually still see the dried soap streaks on the table in the pic. .
These things seem like small things all on their own, but all together add up to a not-so-ideal dining experience.
