Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t know what happened to Chipotle lately, but the portions have gotten ridiculously small. I ordered a bowl and it looked like they were rationing out every single scoop—barely any rice, a few tiny pieces of chicken, and the toppings were almost nonexistent. For the price they charge, I expect a full meal, not a snack.

It’s frustrating when you pay $12+ and walk away still hungry. Chipotle used to be known for hearty portions, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners at the customer’s expense. Honestly, if I wanted half a bowl, I would’ve just ordered a kid’s meal.

Very convenient clean location for traveling. Friendly staff and good service just wish the meat would be restocked prior to running out so it doesn’t jeopardize order portions. I never know if i should choose between burrito or bowl. Definitely recommend trying the chipotle honey.

Extremely terrible service waiting in line for five hours and didn’t get my food

Worst experience, go there, order some food, tell them to spread it out so it looks nice and full in the bowl. Then the girl's trying to charge me for double meat, which I did not order. So then she gets a manager and then the manager says, oh, we're just we make a new one. So instead of taking some of the meat off which I did not order extra meat, the boy spread it apart. They go ahead and make me a new one. So waste all that food and throw it away. Then the girl puts too much stuff on. She takes it off with a spoon and scoops it back into the same container and cross contaminated the product. And I said something to her and she was a manager, and she didn't care that she cross contaminated by mixing other products together. She took stuff back out of my bowl and mixed it back in to a container on the line. This was terrible service. I would never go to this one again. Bad atmosphere, not friendly It all and the manager didn't even care. She's a short little girl. These people don't care, they don't care about cross contaminating your food and mixing it all up and she was a manager. We'll never go back there again.

I came to this Chipotle for dinner recently while I was in this area. The service was good and very fast, plus the restaurant was very clean. The food was also tasty and the portion sizes were very good!

I only give it 3 stars because the food was good but the service is horrendous. Several people behind the counter and one person making the food, while one is cleaning and in the way of the person making the food. Hello, you guys don’t close for another 45 minutes! Line of customers waiting forever and instead of helping , they cleaning. One guy literally starts the protein and same person finishes the toppings.

Chipotle is always good! If you’re unhappy going there, either you’re in a really bad mood or that place must be a dump! Chipotle is one of my quick go to places that you can always rely on for a nice, filling, good tasting meal!

People are usually pretty nice too, as long as you greet them and smile and treat them how you want to be treated!

Better portions at this location. And chicken is cooked not over cooked. Also rice is done and not hard. Huge difference between this location and a location in Cleveland.
