Most have already said. Decreased portion sized asked for double portion of rice and did not fulfill along with double beans. Needs to change. I would love to open a Mexican fast casual to compete easy win. Just say you have to charge extra for a double portions; do not misrepresent yourself. Your company is probably eventually going to be a case study for an MBA. Trust me I was in a program and you are a prime example of what not to be.

Staff was very kind. And busted through several pick up orders and a line out the door in about 15 mins. Very quick. The quality of food was perfect. We appreciate the staff.

I just got a bowl from them and it was so disappointing everything was on one side of the bowl barely any corn or steak this is just horrible specially for a chipotle

I ordered using the uber app and the photo attached is how my food ended up. It is not right I spend 15 dollars for a rice bowl and it is 1/3 of the way full. Uber responded saying due to this portion being from this chipotle I can’t get any money back. Do not waste your money and order online or through a delivery app.

They made my order wrong and would not make a new order or give me a refund. One of the employees called my wife a name... The management team was very unprofessional at it as well. Had to call the corporate office and file a complent.
