As soon as we enter in the store one women said we are not accepting any dine in orders because we don’t want to clean the tables but its just 8’pm we said ok and placed order through online when we got our order we ask some crushed red peppers she just gave 2packets to us we ask her some more because we ordered 4 pizzas one of the employee try to give us some more she started screaming like do you know how much that cost don’t give it just 2 is enough that women was so disrespectful and so rude i never want to go back there.

Would recommend avoiding. Order was quoted in 18-29 minutes for delivery. Order took over an hour and a half. Everything was cold. Buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce. Very disappointing experience. Used to be a good location, but no longer.

First time getting food from this location, didn't know about all the bad reviews till after my online order,ordered 2chxiken subs ,took about 40 minutes to get my food after I ordered it,really my own complaints were they advertising there subs as subs well there more like the size length wise if a normal sandwich and should put more toppings on but they dis taste pretty decent and were hot and freah,I'd what to expect from there pizza as I really feel in general dominos has changed there recipes in the last twenty yrs iv had there pizza at other stores and was nothing special, 20 yrs ago they were top 3 chain pizzas

Have attempted to order here three times in the span of a month, only one order came and it was not a good experience.
The first two times I attempted to order here, got my confirmation, and the food just never came. No real notification it had been canceled, I had to go looking for a reason why it was canceled after realizing my food was well over an hour late.
The one time I did manage to get a delivery, the driver refused to get out of their car, and forced me to come out of my home and walk about 90 yard in the cold and wet snow. Ya know, doing a service I already paid for.
The food was ice cold, as it was nearly 2 hours old before it got to me, and the order was not completed properly.
General, dominos is pretty good. This one, is not.

Tonight is second time they cancelled a delivery after a confirmation. I went to check on how much longer only to find it's been cancelled. After calling the person who answered the phone had a bunch of excuses saying that they are short staffed and then hung up on me. I will never order from them again and I highly recommend that if you want good food or service that you go somewhere else. If I could give them less than one star I would. I normally don't give bad reviews but I was pushed this time. The disappointment and frustration is too much.

I ordered my food for 5:45. It arrived at my home at 6:45. Food was burnt Mac and Cheese. Pizza was cold. The food was delivered. The Mac and cheese did not look like the ad. Terrible Food and Delivery. I could not understand the driver.

This might be the worst pizza experience I have ever had. They made us stand in the cold because it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to make a 2 pizzas. They were also very rude when we asked about our pizza they said wait 2 minutes and then when we asked again the said to mind our business. Pls do not buy from this location i surely won’t be comeing here again.

THEIR TEAM ARE UNCONSIDERATE AND LAZY. My husband placed an order around 5:30. Their system emailed him back a few minutes later stating "Your order is being Prepared at 5:32". We waited 45 minutes with no updates on their tracking system. My husband called the store and selected the option for Order Tracking. After 10 min, I called the store from my phone and selected New Order. 6 min after I called, someone picked up the New Order line while my husband was still on hold for Order Tracking. Then the guy goes on to tell me that they don't have any drivers and they are calling people as their orders come up before they start cooking them. I am not proud, but I actually yelled at him. I told him my kids and family had been waiting over an HOUR for any kind of update and now it would be almost bedtime by the time we actually got to feed our kids. He apologized but it didn't feel sincere, more tired and didn't care. He canceled our order. I did tell him it was ridiculous for him to WAIT to inform people that they either had to come pick up their dinner or they weren't getting it when people had lives. They can't say they don't know when a new order comes in. It can't take that long for them to verify if it was pickup or delivery. And they should have the ability to turn off the delivery option of the website. It felt like a scam - like they were trying to get people to call in and capitulate to pick-up so they wouldn't lose the order. Dick move. Won't ever order there again. Their pizza isn't nearly as good as Papa Johns anyway. We only ordered there b/c of the coupons.
