Ive noticed bananas in the window so today I asked if they had banana milkshakes. I was told no but they could add bananas to a vanilla shake and honestly this is one of the better banana shakes Ive had. Always friendly service here. Thank you.

Customer service is ok but everything else sucks,you have to constantly check your order something simple as making sure u got cream and sugar I your coffee that you specifically ordered,for being a classic iconic doughnut shop they really only have limited doughnut selection,I remember yrs ago they had a wall filled with different flavors now luke a quarter of that and qulity and flavor has gone way done ,I ordered chocolate doughnut at 700 am and it tasted like 3 day olds,,prices are just ridiculous high,

This place is always clean and has fresh food. I enjoyed my drink from there because I love ice coffee, but the thing that got me was the atmosphere. There was a gentleman in a blue shirt (probably the manager) and the way he was talk to this girl was BEYOND ME. I get people get frustrated while working (I’m a manager as well so I know), but to put someone down verbally out loud in front of people…this poor girl. Her demeanor changed from happy and excited to just plain out sad. She was helping three people at once. She was trying her best. I didn’t like the atmosphere at all…

Went to get a coffee today at 4 30 PM. I ordered a hot coffee, and I so happened to make a mistake on the order I got yelled at by the Mgr who was taking the order on the window. John Sinos, you don't belong at dunkin, you belong at a chain restaurant called Dicks Last Resort. You will be perfect there as a manager. Rude, rude, rude!

Ordered breakfast, food, here, sausage, egg, & cheese croissant It was kind of burnt , would have been better if it wasn’t burnt . Ordered a small hashbrowns , However u Only Got 5 Of them in the order, very skimpy .. However, with the hashbrowns u need 2 Put more in an order 4 What u pay 4 them .The Hashbrowns was really good , but u Just didn’t get enough in the order . Got an ice coffee it was good . We got glazed donut holes & They was really good . . This was my 1st time @ this location .
