Einstein Bros. Bagels

This was my second time visiting this location and my last time. I came in and the guy at the counter was waiting on someone, so when it was my turn he totally ignored me and waited on someone who came after me. Needless to say I left. Terrible Service!!!

Waited to place order, no one took it went to register, and was told to place order down at order line, when told no one was there, he got nasty, come to find out it was the manager, then he processed to ask if I had a problem, will never give them my business again

Love the pretzel bagels and the Asiago bagel.

Ordered from Uber a few times. I'm loving the breakfast sandwiches.

Must have been an off day. Ice was out, napkins out, food lukewarm, bathroom dirty. Last time I was there much different.

Today we were denied service when we went with a kid by 6.30am. We are very disappointed. The reason told was unacceptable that they had too many orders already.

I have an emotional support animal he doesn’t have to wear any disclosing markers if that. I went in to get a bagel for my self and my dog and was told very rudely that I cannot have dogs in the store by the manager or I think that’s who the very rude man was . He nicer to your customer and more understanding. I will preface and say I do hold my dog because I actually do need him at all times. Also DONT SELL DOG TREATS IF DOGS ARENT ALLOWED IN!!!

Love the food but this location (Middleburg hts) has terrible customer service! Every time you walk in the staff looks annoyed that you’re there. Not only are they not friendly but they’re straight up rude. It’s been like this for over a year-

Love this place. All their food tastes amazing if you haven't tried anything here before. I recommend the beef brisket breakfast sandwich.

I wish they would adhere to their posted closing time.
I arrived well before 2:00, and the doors were already locked.

The doors were already locked at 1:50 PM when I arrived.
I purposely left a meeting early to get there by their posted closing time of 2:00.
I could see the employees inside looking sheepish and I'm sure the manager was completely aware.
You have to wonder how early they locked the doors and how often they do this.
Bad business.
