Love the food but this location (Middleburg hts) has terrible customer service! Every time you walk in the staff looks annoyed that you’re there. Not only are they not friendly but they’re straight up rude. It’s been like this for over a year-

My favorite bagel shop, even though they no longer carry the tomato-basil cream cheese (I can’t call it what they do)! I wish they’d bring it back, along with other savory flavors.

I was going to stop in between jobs today, but Apple Maps hours are wrong! Apple claims this location opens at 8 AM but I found the hours on Google at 6 AM Once I arrived. I submitted an edit to correct the hours, but I’m not sure when or if it’ll be rectified.

Hopefully...

I haven't been to an Einstein Bros. Bagel shop since, as far as I can recall, preschool. I made a goal today to stop by here, and I'd say it was a good experience. I'll definitely be back! :)
