We had a party of uo to 20 people and the server not bartender, was VERY NASTY to us. I willl tell my friends NOT to come here. i ended up leaving

Had a horrible experience here. Had a going away party for a coworker. They would not seat us until half of our party of 20 arrived. They also do not let you reserve tables. There were plenty of empty tables but we had to stand and wait until half our part was there. They would not let us bring balloons in. When we did get our tables they did not bring drinks to half of the party because they were not sitting down. What a joke. When a group of coworkers were leaving and we stood up to chat as they were leaving they came over and told us we would have to sit down. A few extra guests arrived and they would not let us move an empty table over to accommodate our guests. I brought a gag gift a 10 pack of Diet Coke for my coworker who the party was for and they stated I could not bring outside beverages in. Are you kidding me it’s a gift I am not planning on drinking it. The hostess were rude and so was the manager. Will never be back

The waitress we had was terrible

Terrible experience. We were asked to leave from simply asking why our party could not be seated. Manager was very disrespectful and nasty infront of 2 small children.

Had the cranjam burger, without the bun. WOW! So good! The cheese, Smokey bacon and sweet cranberry sauce were the perfect combo! The beef was very high quality and a much bigger burger than The Rail! Please keep this on the menu! I hope it’s not a seasonal item. Yum! 😋

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease so I eat my burger with no bun. Fat Heads is very accommodating with this request.
