Great food and service as always. The only problem is the crowd of people waiting to be seated is often allowed to stand very close to people's tables while they're eating. Staff needs to tell them to stand outside or in the small area up front.

Great vibes. No meaningful vegan options. The fruit was fresh and great and so was the avocado toast. They gave a really generous portion of avocado.

We've been to this location, (Middleburg Hts, Ohio) many times and today wasn't our best experience. We waited 10 minutes after being seated to have someone wait on us. Our waitress was rather surly with us when she finally came to take our order, she just stood at the table staring at us and never asked what we wanted to order, we were supposed to guess why she was there. After our food finally arrived, it was great as usual, when she dropped off our check I asked for a box and again waited almost 10 minutes for her to bring it over. We contemplated leaving when we had to wait so long to have someone take our order and in hindsight I wish we had, it wasn't a great dining experience.

Awesome!!
my son turned me onto this place for the quality of the food. I must admit I haven’t had a bad meal there but the service and the energy from the waitresses is poor does anybody work in the service food industry to get a good tip anymore? I don’t think so, good luck
It was pretty ok. Service was decent.

Food is Great and the Service is always accommodating, to our needs
But if you go on the weekend be sure to put your name on the list before you get there because it can be a wait.

Horrible service. The waitress came over one time and did not leave us silverware or straws. Then 15-20 minutes later, the hostess who brought us to our table took our order… and our original server never came back.
My food was undercooked and cold I was so sick afterwards .. I will never stop at this location again and rather go to Brunswick with better service and nicer people.

First Watch use to be the best place around for breakfast food but as of late it is garbage. I ordered a chorizo omelette and this is what they give me. Eggs, a small piece of avocado, and pretty much no chorizo. First Watch has been going down hill ever since they started expanding.

Poached eggs were hard (hard boiled, not a request), ciabatta so hard, had to " saw", it w a knife( I know ciabatta is hard,to begin with), but this was rediculous..the ham was way over done as in dried and very brown.. I ordered the Original Eggs Benedict..coffee is great, service wonderful.
