So first the silverware was dirty. Then the food was cold. Lastly there was a kinky hair on my food. Asked for the manager Bree and she acted like I put it there. Im srry but my hair isn't kinky!! So I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, and all good old bree did was take off $5 for the biscuits and gravy. The waitress, bless her heart, (kristina c.) said she was gnna take care of the bill. Nope. I paid the bill gave my waitress $10 for her being such a good person and left to never return again. So.... moral of the story is.. skip this place and go to Perkins across the street. Shame on u Bree for thinking I put that kinky twirly hair on my biscuits. I guess I secretly pulled the hair fr the kinky haired waitress who is Portirican or Dominican or something of the sort. That is where that hair came from Bree. Act like u dont knw where that hair came from! Have a great day and skip this ihop!

Came in Sunday night with the kids. Our server Krissy was very busy but kept a great addittude and got everything right, not only for my family, but for all the tables around us. I am very impressed with her work ethic and we will be back.

Hostesses were chatting at the door made no eye contact until their conversation was over. They took way too long to bring us menus took drink order took forever for those to arrive. Finally took our food order after 15 or 30 min. They brought out half of the food and told me they were out of what I ordered. They brought us the check and I put my credit card on the table . A manager came over to ask if I could pay in cash because the computer wasn't working. I never did get a refill on my first cup of coffee.

In area for a concert and on driving back home decided to stop at IHOP in Middleburg Heights. When we walk in there are a lot of people standing around waiting. We were not greeted in any way and waited 5-10 mins before the hostess acknowledged us. We waited another 15 mins until the hostess waived her hand at us (not speaking) clearly hating her job. We got seated waited another 10 mins before placing our order (we entered both drinks and food at that time). This was around 1030am. At 11:30, we still had nothing and got up and left. Had to find food somewhere else and got even more behind schedule. The most bizarre awful experience at an ihop. Would not recommend. If you’re that short staffed just close. No one around had their food and everyone left, 2 people behind us had been there long and still didn’t have their food we are talking well over an hour just sitting.

We are there on Labor Day Monday and although it was busy, we were seated for our party of 2 quickly and had a fantastic experience. Theresa H. was our waitress and she was incredibly friendly, with a positive attitude. She gave us the appropriate level of interaction and went above and beyond to ensure we knew when our order would be out. She helped us have an incredible meal at IHOP and is an expert in customer service.

We stopped in for a bite on the way to the airport. The entire experience was awful. When we walked in three employees were at the host stand. They stood there in conversation ignoring us until they finished. Once seated our waitress brought drinks and then disappeared into the kitchen for at least 15 minutes. After taking our order we waited about 10 more minutes and someone came and said they were out of biscuits. Another 10 minutes later the food arrived cold. We were all out of drinks and our waitress never came to offer refills. Once it was time to pay we were told that they could only take cash which we did not have. We were told to leave our number so that they could call us and collect the money later. It was ridiculous.
