Worst food ever. I ordered a BLT. Bacon was burnt black. They did not replace the sandwich nor did they take it off the bill. Service was slow even though there was only one other couple there. Spend your money elsewhere.

Edit: came back a second time at dinnertime on a Wednesday and the experience was completely different. No wait at all, the waitress was fun, helpful, and very prompt with things like refilling water. The food came out quickly and was all tasty. Up to 5 stars for me and looking forward to returning again, especially during a slower time.
Visited this IHOP for the first time as I usually stick to the one in Brook Park. The hostess and waitress were very friendly, but service was definitely slow, especially by IHOP standards. We had to wait awhile to get a table for 2 even tho about a quarter of the restaurant was empty and then it took a long time for the waitress to take our order. But, after that everything moved quickly and the food was delicious. Definitely willing to give them another shot in the future.

Slow service and racist personally here the 2 old lady tell me there was a wait time even I know was empty I wait more than 10 minutes and not one comes in the desk they just walked around looking at me this it’s ridiculous 2024 racist person in charge of this branch, I didn’t recommend this place to anyone 👎👎👎

Great experience for our group of 6. Grandkids got cinnamon swirl French toast (tastes like a cinnamon roll!) and classic thick and fluffy French toast - pictures attached. We recommend this IHOP.

Update 12/25/24 being Christmas i assumed it would be rough and it was slow seating and slow service even though many tables open. I guess if you are going to open on Christmas be ready because they were not. You can feel the attitudes and not wanting to be there. I heard one service ask another if someone wasn't coming in and even though she said she was, the other server kept saying she wasn't staying over and over. Honestly I am glad they are open but clearly short staffed and the food was all cold only the pancakes were hot. My Country Fried Steak was cold and soggy. I spent $80 for ice cold food we left most of. Oh well thanks for being open but you may have made more if you closed. The food and service were good the problem i have is the cost you want toast your gonna pay. It is the make up for a reasonable costing breakfast.

I stopped in and had lunch here after dropping a frid ds at the airport. Big mistake. Got sick ... place was dirty and the hostess hair was like she just got out of bed.
Don't eat here, ihop in my town is great, this place is not run very well.

Only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is the company's greedy sneaky thing they do. Grandma on a budget here so eating out is a treat. I came 🤣 n for their $6 breakfast deals. SO DELICIOUS! BEST MEAL IN A WHILE..$6 FRENCH TOAST EGGS AND BACON. And the server RACHEL... AMAZING!!! She was doing double dude he has to hostess as well and getting the takeout orders together came back and check on me several times she was just the sweetest most pleasant person to speak to but she knew I was in a time crunch when she made sure I got out the door when I needed to. Here's my only beef when you come in or a breakfast deal. Wow I can start eating out again BUT..YOU CHARGE $4 FOR A DIET COKE? WAY TO JACK UP THE BILL ! . THERE'S NO NEED TO DO THAT BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE TIP ACCORDING TO SERVICE NOT ACCORDING TO THE PERCENTAGE OF THE BILL I NEVER TIP LESS THAN $5 WHEN I'M BY MYSELF ANYWAY I WAS THERE ALL OF 15 MINUTES DIDN'T NEED A REFILL AND I NEVER LEAVE A MESS FOR THE SERVER. WAS IT WORTH THE MONEY ABSOLUTELY!! IT'S JUST I LIKE TO LEAVE A LITTLE EXTRA CASH IN MY POCKET TO GO TO THE SERVER THERE'S ONLY ABLE TO LEAVE HER $6 TODAY THANKSGIVING BUT I DIDN'T HOLD THEIR TABLE UP FOR TOO LONG
