Very poor service. Ordered 5 subs took more than 15 minutes to complete my order. Spent $53. The sandwich makers took faster easier orders in front of mine. Guess customer service and a line order means nothing. Customers that arrived after me were finished and left before me. No apologies were made. Only excuses were made. Will go to North Olmsted Jersey Mikes next time.

Although I didn’t like my sandwich the staff was great and helpful with the situation. Iris and the team were Very professional and had good customer service. I would still go back and just get my normal order.

I placed my order online at 12:19pm and it said it would be ready for pickup at 12:34pm. I ordered a mini cold sub with a bag of chips. The store was busy when I got there because it’s lunch time on a Sunday. Every single person that was waiting in line got their food prior to me and four people walked into the store and got theirs before I did. When I finally asked, I was told it was almost done. They finished the subs for the two walks ins and then I got mine at 12:48pm. The sandwich was okay, I’ve had better. They didn’t prioritize the online orders at all during this experience. Delays happen, just unfortunate when they do.

Edit: manager was severely sorry and remade sandwiches for me but still something to be aware of. Asked for no tomato 3 times, they agreed there was tomato then i opened it up when i got home and not only were there tomatoes, but also a hair in the sandwich AND a hair on the inside of the paper. another employee was scratching under her wig and wiping her nose with the same gloves they were handling sandwiches with. NASTIEST PLACE!

Employees act like the customer don't exist. 4 of them will look at you and make you wait 5 minutes then eventually someone will come out the back and acknowledge you. Then you will have to repeat your order 5x until its correct. $5 for a pop and tiny bag of chips is insane. The food is actually great, but they need to fire about half of the useless staff and lower the prices.

Not gonna give all details but was in here recently and customer service was polite and nice but one employee behind counter sneezed onto her arm 5 times she was wearing gloves but after sneezing into her arm and uniform you would think she would immediately go wash and rub sanitizer on her self for germs,she never did ,I never ordered my food I didn't want to embarrass her in front of everyone but none of the other employees didn't say nothing either I just walked out,sorry to make this post but please be more aware of germs and proper conduct, covid cases have been ramping back up

Just ordered a regular BLT with Xtra bacon for over $16 plus delivery. What a joke and tasted like crap. Threw it away. Waste of $25.
