Horrific service. Avoid this location at all costs!
On 6/19, I placed a large order online from Jet’s Pizza, including pizzas, cookies, and a party salad. While most of the food was fine, the salad arrived with wilted, spoiled lettuce and was inedible—we paid $40 for it and we had to exclude it from our event! I called the store afterward, expecting a refund and even offered to return the salad. The night manager, Ryan, declined and only offered a 15% credit on a future order. I requested to speak with the general manager, Dan.
I called again on 6/20 and spoke with Dan, who offered a $20 credit. When I explained the salad was unusable and requested a full refund, he became curt and said there was no one else I could speak to. After I reiterated that we’re loyal customers and hoped he would reconsider, he ended the call abruptly.
When I called back to clarify how the credit would be applied, I was told it would be on a future order. I explained we wouldn’t be returning and preferred the refund on my card. Dan briefly got back on the phone to say the refund would take 7–10 business days, then hung up again without any further courtesy.
This experience was truly disappointing. We’ve always loved Jet’s, but there’s never an excuse for dismissive, disrespectful customer service. I sincerely hope Ryan and Dan reflect on how they handle loyal, respectful customers going forward.

We come here pretttttyyy often lol. The food is ALWAYS awesome! I just left from picking up an order. It’s Friday November 8th at 9:38 pm, I just want management to know I had a really great experience with the man who just gave me my food. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, he was so kind, very welcoming and just overall a very nice guy. I didn’t catch his name but I’m hoping by the date and time management will know who I’m talking about. I believe he had a beard, he was thin and taller. Please consider rewarding him for his excellent customer service, he is a blessing to this establishment! ? P.S Jet’s has thee BEST ranch in the game!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks. When i picked it up there were 3 different females working. The one pizza has 2 different hairs on it. I called to discuss the problem and Charity was very rude. She never apologized and offered me a pizza for next time or 15 percent off next order. I told her the girls should be wearing hair nets and she was rushing me off the phone. I told her she shouldn't be rushing me off the phone and she hung up on me. She was inconvenienced that I was calling her with a problem that they caused. It's very upsetting the customer service I was given. When I called back because i was hung up on, I spoke to Johnny who was very professional. I hope the general manager sees this and will make the females wear hair nets so hair does not get into people's food. It's disgusting
Ordered 12 large pizzas for a work order and they had them ready and perfect within 45 minutes. Love the deep dish pizzas here. My car smelled like pepperoni for 2 days ? would recommend this location, very nice people and perfectly cooked pizza ??

We have been going here for years. Their pizza and their deli boats are so fresh and delicious. They must use good quality ingredients because you can tell by the flavor. This is one of our favorite places.
