I have never ordered from this location before I’ve had several bad experiences from the Parma Hts Marco’s so I decided to try another location. I’m glad I did! Food was made perfectly along with my chef salad. The team members were friendly and pizza was still piping hot when I got home. Middleburg Hts Marco’s is now my choice for our favorite pizza! Keep up the good work!

I’ve given this Marco’s Pizza location multiple chances, but I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experiences. The first time, my pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it—simple enough to address, right? Wrong. The following week, I decided to give them another shot. I even went out of my way to explain my previous issues and emphasized how important it was for my order to be made correctly this time.
I asked for garlic oil on my pizza, and while the employee warned me it might seep through the box, I never expected what happened next. When I got home, the pizza was completely drenched in oil—so much so that it leaked out, soaked through the box, and drenched my car seat (Couldn't believe how much oil! Insane!). It was an absurd amount of oil, almost as if it was done intentionally. Considering I had just mentioned my dissatisfaction from the previous order, it felt like a petty, deliberate act.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright disrespectful to a paying, loyal customer. I’m not one to complain, but I’ve had enough to even consider visiting this location ever again. A little accountability and effort go a long way, and clearly, this location doesn’t care about either.

I quit. No matter how many times Ive tried this place, it sucks. The food is horrible and they just can't seem to get my pizza right. And they really need training in customer service, they are plain out rude to their customers.

Make sure u always order double toppings on whatever you order to make up for the lack of toppings they put on ur food ,this location is very cheep that way I ordered a steak pizza thinking it was gonna be chunks of steak like saugeage and nope was just a dusting of Finley shredded imitation steak so ridiculous then got a chicken bacon club sub bread was hard light on chicken and bacon and just tasting bland waste of my money ugh,I want a refund not excuses or attitude
Order 2 subs at 729pm and it is currently 837pm and no food. Called at 810pm and the girl said its out for delivery and would be 15 mins at the latest. We live 4 mins away.....and still no food. Seriously. It's 2 subs.
