Our frst time here. We met some great staff people near the door who gave us the rundown on how to order. Wonderful food. My 91 year old father at everything on his plate. This never happens. Great atmosphere. We will be back.

First time went to this place today at around 2pm. Because my son wanted a beef sandwich and I could not find one at the first glance, I asked the male cashier do you have beef sandwich. He replied there are a lot of beef sandwiches. I said this is my first time here. He replied there are a lot of beef sandwiches. The response i was expecting is he would recommend one beef sandwich. But he did not. So I think he did not want me and my son in this restaurant. So I left. He said he was the manager. Really weird experience.

Please stop saying you’re a deil , all your meats are process the corn beef isn’t even real if you would put as much money on the food then you do the atmosphere you’d be the best. Tell you around this is someone’s have worked in delicate life. Very sad.

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve never tried this place and went to go try it I paid $31 for 2 small sandwiches and I waited 25 minutes for 2 cold sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous. Workers were careless, slow and rude as well

Everything is good about this place except the portion sizes when you order to go potato salad, mac n cheese you better check your portion because almost everytime I go here they don't even fill the cup up and you're paying like 3 dollars and more per side someone is being cheap.

Even though the last couple of times a certain staff member has messed up my order, it doesn't reflect the other staff members. They are all kind and polite. Quick to see if you need anything. If I go back and the same thing happens, I'll bring it up to management. Overall, I enjoy this location.
It's also a good place to have meetings. The location is convenient. I find McAlister's better than Panera Bread. The quality of the food tastes so much better.

I had my first Grilled Chicken King Club and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were great, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be ordering it again and can’t wait to try more sandwiches from the menu!

I swear every time I come here, the spud gets smaller and smaller every single time! This looks like the exact same size as the kid size potato, and I have to pay more for this. Absolutely ridiculous
