The drive-through staff were ok. Not as pleasant as other drive-through staff. The fish sandwich, which I haven't had in years, was barely warm, the bottom part of bun hard and only half a slice of cheese!!! I was really looking forward to what used to be a great sandwich!

Service has been poor here lately. This is the McDonald's I go to most often since it is close to my house but the service has been lacking lately. Rude at the order window, no greeting or thank you when the money is taken and the people at the windows are just generally not pleasant.

I usually say this is an Ok McDonald’s location. I say that bc USUALLY the people are nice but, a lot of time the food is cold and I don’t have the time or patience to go back. Mind you I shouldn’t have to waste my gas to go back because it should be done right the first time. But mistakes happen I guess (too often at this location though) so I’ve learned to check everything before I leave the parking lot. Here’s the thing I PAID FOR MY FOOD WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. So when I have to go back around and waste MY TIME to get my order fixed bc my fries are cold and stale as all get out I expect NO ATTITUDE (yes I’m talking to you short hair skinny blonde girl with glasses and a foul attitude on Thursday October 24th 2024 at around 10:45pm.) Do you pay for food that’s cold and just let it slide? No. So why would I?! The place was dead but you were soooo bothered bc I wanted fresh fries that hadn’t been sitting there for god knows how long? Pathetic.

It's your basic McDonald's. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a double HAMBURGER. Got home to find they gave me a cheeseburger. Of course,they offered to remake it if I came back,but it was already late and I didn't want to go back out.

With the expiration of their $5 meals, prices have skyrocketed. For two adult entrees, we paid $26, which I consider an outrage! Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. At least not until their prices become more competitive. BTW, it could just be me, but I swear the hamburgers have shrunk.

I been here twice already and don't like thos location at all some of the workers are rude. And t Plus they wanna charge 65 cents just to add some Mc sauce on a Mc double seriously. We'll I probably won't order from here no more unless all the freaking McDonald's charge 65 cents for adding Mc Donald's I mean I don't know what you all think people is made of but I'm not rich and I'm sure a lot of others aren't rich either. So rather If you all care or not and honestly I don't care if you don't care I care cause I don't have it like that. Why would you charge 65 cents for Mc sauce what ever I'm over this mess I'm so over it. And gone ahead and remove this bad review but I can really care a less what ever or write something smart back on my review I don't care. Who ever owns the location should be a shame of their selfs for charging some 65 cents just for some darn Mc sauce man please

This specific McDonalds on Pearl Rd. Middleburg Hts. needs better management or closed down. The food isn’t cooked properly, burgers missing toppings that are supposed to be on them, fries are always undercooked/raw. Employees are nasty if you call out a mistake. I ordered a Diet Coke and was given regular coke. I very nicely asked for a Diet Coke replacement, told to pull up and waited for 15 minutes, which was intentional as they were not busy. She overfilled it to where the coke was on top of the lid. When she handed it to me, she shoved it forward and it spilled on my hand, up my arm, and all down the side of my car door. She trotted her butt back in McDonald’s like she was so proud she pulled this prank on someone who called her out on a beverage?! This arrogance is not a joke when there are diabetics that cannot have sugar drinks, and her behavior is quite dangerous. Please send managers to this location as soon as possible!!
