Around 3:22 me and my sister went to buy food and I used one of the self pay machines and it didn't work correctly but it took my money and gave me no receipt I talked to Bob and he basically said I won't be getting my money back I hope they know I'm taking this to corporate I will be getting my money back I highly recommend not coming here again very very crappy employees 0/10

Online ordered to this store around 10:15 pm and arrived around 10:25pm just to be told the store is closed (the app and Google say they don't close until 11 pm). We said that we had an online order that went through and they told us that if we didn't pick it up it would just be refunded to the card which I'm not believing.
This was my burger today. Looks like management needs to really rethink the way they train stuff and how they follow food safety guidelines because that's a safety hazard

Went to McDonaldâs tonight, Was getting dinner for myself. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, a large fry. When I got home and started eating my meal, the fries tasted like they were tampered with The fry honestly tasted like someone slipped it in between Their butt cheeks and serve that to me. I washed my mouth out and the taste was still in my mouth. This is the last time Iâm showing up at a McDonaldâs. This is very low and you shouldnât be in the food industry. 12-14-2024
