Used the app to order for pickup in the drive thru. I was the 2nd car in the drive thru, but still took 9 minutes to get my food, which was wrong. Ordered 2 hamburger w/extra pickles, 1 mc chicken, and 1 small fry. I received 1 hamburger with no extra pickles, 1 cheese burger with ketchup only, 1 mc chicken w/ enough mayo to lube a diesel train, and ½ a small fry.

My app screwed up as I was on my way to work and wouldn't let me get my breakfast sandwich and even though the McDonald's on Pearl Road and Parma will still give you the deal cuz it's an app error this manager decided that they're unable to assist me

Use to be one of the better McDonald's. After covid went down hill. Service is poor, food never hot. Nothing worse than cold McDonald's fries. Young staff needs more adult supervision and work on customer service.
