We came in with quite a big party after church on Sunday August 17th. They were very accommodating and very nice and super helpful. We had a couple different servers helping us they were all wonderful. I only caught Mollie’s name but the other young ladies were just as great!

I ordered food for pickup last night, they only gave me one straw for two drinks, didn’t include silverware even though I marked to include it, but the worst part is that I got food poisoning from the shrimp scampi. I have been sick and miserable all day since eating it, and the food was subpar at best
I placed a pick up order . Catering menu. Large salad, 1/2 gallon of minestrone & 1/2 gallon of pasta fagiol. With bread stix. Everything was good. EXCEPT THEY FORGOT THE PARM CHEESE!! I was disappointed. The cheese makes the salad..

We went to Olive Garden tonight and sat at the bar. We were greeted quickly and the bartender was very nice. Soup and salad? Can’t beat it. I had old reliable fettuccini Alfredo and my husband had the bucatini that’s on special. Both were even better than I had anticipated. I keep my expectations low at chain restaurants but Olive Garden is so much more than a chain restaurant because “when you’re here, you’re family”.

We had a large party of 35. The waitresses did an amazing job. The food was ok but nothing spectacular .

Food wasn't hot enough. I know we were a big group but I'm sure y'all are use to that. The portion size of the full to the lunch only difference was the price. Wasn't happy about that.

Was not happy with the food came out cold ask sever for butter for breasticks that came out wrapped in a napkin there were 2 of at the table he brings out 1 pack of butter for 2 people and 4 breadsticks I told him my food was cold he said he take it back and made it warm never got a refill on the soup or more breadstick also there was a 2.99 charge on the bill for games played never played a game told us to just deducted the money of the bill didn't bring a new receipt

Plates were never cleared, waiter was nice but not very attentive and never tried to offer dessert or coffee. No checkbooks or Andy's mints anymore. They have a little screen on every table with a camera watching you. The waiter didn't bring a bill, but he did bring a receipt.
I tried to order a cappuccino from the bar after my meal and stood there waiting to be noticed by staff for long enough I left to use the wc, then came back. It took the server about 10 minutes to notice a guest standing at the bar. I was told the machine was broken, no offer to order coffee or tea. Whoever trained this group didn't tell them how tips work. The female server apologized like this; "I'm sorry you were standing there so long." She blamed me. I guess I was to blame for coming in at all.

The Manager named Ron is Awesome and Cleaned up what may have been the Worsr Service my Wife and I have ever experienced at OG! Ron took all Responsibility for the Pitiful experience put on display from the Server/Bartender! I do not want to give her name because no one needs to have their name on blast! Thank you Ron for taking care of us after her Horrible Service! We will come back just because you helped us out! I would give it less than a 1 if possible!

Long time since we visited Olive Garden. The menu has changed a lot! Did NOT like the payment method sitting on our table. it seems so impersonal
