I had the Mexican soup and Italian steak sandwich. Some of the worst food and a waste of 20.00. The soup was way too spicy to eat, and the steak was not good either. The only good thing was the drink to wash that down.

Panera just sucks. I usually goto the parma one and just thought it was that location so i tried this one and nope, this one sucks too. The drive through takes forever. When i look in through the window i just see two employees standing there doing nothing. I get home and eat it and the avocado on my sandwich was like a piece of rubber. I couldnt even bite through it. surely you would notice something is off about it while prepping, why would you proceed to put it on a customer's sandwich? Disgusting

I was highly disappointed to find that the guy did not ring me up for cream cheese when I told him to. When I went to the counter to request the cream cheese, they charge me for his mistake. This is ridiculous and not good service at all.

Went through drove through. Girl was chatting it up with other workers. Gave me wrong drink. Had to go back in rush hour & when I asked her didn't she notice she gave me the wrong drink she accused me of being rude. I guess having to go back twice in rush hour doesn't warrant an I'm sorry. Charge top dollar 3.79 & can't even get the right thing. Act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money.

this location is terrible and always forgetting something and messing up orders. i will never come here again, they are terrible not to mention overpriced for it to then always be missing items or bad quality
Me and my parents are our Fomage croissant toasts so fast we forgot to take a picture. They were delicious. The salads that we chose along side were great as well! The price is a little much for the portion but the quality of the food, service from team; and environment overall make up for it. Great experience overall!

Had a problem with order manager was rude and didn’t apologize …. Even if I ordered wrong the manager did not solve problem just made the incident even worse…. Would never come back here again even if food was free !

What should have been done correctly the first time ended up being a costly night in the ER, as I did not have an epi readily available. Ordered a tuna sandwich for me and a turkey sandwich for my significant other. Went to take one bite of the “tuna sandwich” and went into immediate anaphylactic shock. Whoever made, what should’ve been a tuna sandwich, gave their limited time cranberry chicken walnut sandwich instead. My significant other went to drop me off at the ER. Once I was checked in, he went to Panera there after to have the situation corrected. Once I came home, I was beyond terrified to eat the new and corrected sandwich. Panera has lost my trust. Especially when it comes to being food safe.
