Dining room is often closed. No sign on door or out front telling you. If you walk in expecting to be seated, they just ignore you because its not their job to interact with you. They are mostly operating as a delivery service only with no customer service or responsibe manager on site.

Haven’t had the Hut in a year and a half because of bad experiences in the past thought maybe it’ll be different at this location…… nope Pizza dough was firm and my pizza was (Dry) and was almost sauceless with the little bit of sauce whoever made it with managed to somewhat spread across the base, the other item I ordered was not cut and was also hard unfortunately I threw it away. I work in many industries and food is one this is not good quality service. Save your coin and find a better hut!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut and let me tell you, I was blown away by the flavors and variety they had to offer. One dish that truly stole my heart was the chicken bacon parmesan melt. The combination of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey parmesan was simply divine. However, I must admit that the crust was a little too crispy for my liking, and the insides were falling out, making it a bit messy to eat. Despite this minor flaw, the taste was still exceptional, and I couldn't help but devour every bite.Moving on to the chicken alfredo bowl, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The creamy alfredo sauce perfectly coated the tender chicken, creating a delightful harmony of flavors. I had absolutely no issues with this dish; it was simply flawless. The portion size was generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and content.Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut was nothing short of amazing. The passion and dedication that went into creating these dishes were evident in every bite. While the chicken bacon parmesan melt could use a little improvement in terms of its crispiness, the incredible taste made up for it. As for the chicken alfredo bowl, it was a true masterpiece with no room for improvement. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to all food enthusiasts looking for a passionate and flavorful dining experience. 8/10

This pizza hut reminded me of what pizza hut used to be which was perfect. I was going to the Parma Hts branch which is the worst tasting pizza ever, how they're still open I'll never know but this Pizza Hut on Bagley Rd in Middleburg Hts is the spot. I read that location matters when ordering from pizza hut so I went with this one since it was not too far and the reviews were pretty good. Reviews were accurate and I will be going there again.

Order pizza via phone … Gave address, said 30 mins. I waited an hour I called and said it was for pick up. Why did I need to give address and confirm the zip code of I picking it up? Called the store again, they put me on hold for 5 mins. Called the store again!!!! They said 30 mins 3.3 miles away I asked why so long and the very intelligent person stated they couldn’t teleport it to me. I of course was very disappointed and explained a pizza ordered and hour ago for delivery should have been here already not at 11:30 at night. He said the call center messed it up. Why wasn’t I notified? They had my phone number my address twice and the zip three times. Poor very poor.

This location. Was fast! Quality good tasting pan pizza, their price was competitive and the service was top notch! If you like Pizza Hut pizza this location I would recommend. The building may look older but don't let that fool you.

Guy there closed at 1230 when their hours are open til 1am. He said he stopped making pizzas at 1230 will not make any. If they are going to close at 1230 they need to change their hours accordingly to that time. Or hire better people to be in charged. I worked at dominos pizza and we closed at 1am last order was at 1 am.

$4.99 “delivery fee” when you’re literally A PIZZA PLACE, is straight robbery and a disgusting price gouge practice . Delivery fees for pizza places at all are ridiculous but 4.99 is INSANE, and makes people not wanna tip anymore because you already stole $5 that would have went to the driver . 90% of pizza places business is delivery . 1.99 MAYBE 2.99 I could live with but 4.99 is damn near criminal . Do better .
