Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar Middleburg Heights

I arrived yesterday at 8:25 to order a juice when they close at 9pm. I was told by both employees the juicer was down for the evening, as it had already been sanitized (35 minites before closing).

Ordered a PB&G bowl… they forgot the peanut butter and put barely any yogurt. I called the restaurant to let them know they forgot the peanut butter and their only resolution was me driving back up there during rush hour to put peanut butter in my bowl after I spent $8. Then they want me to drive back up there. Horrible management and customer service practices. I will never go back.

The young lady woth the long ponytail was really rude to me and seemed racist towards my skin color. She also forgot my peanut butter in my pb&g bowl and when I asked about it she told me there was no peanut butter in a pb and g bowl even though the menu literally stated that there was peanut in the bowl. She got upset with me when I I told he the menu said that peanut butter was in the bowl. She also got even more upset when my girlfriend said she didn't want the green banana she was peeling and then slammed it in the trash can. This was the rudest encounter I have ever had at pulp and after this I am skeptical about eating out SMH. Please people if you are craving a smoothie go to another location.

I’d rather starve. Bad atmosphere, bland, dry workers, hair in my food.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but got something else when I called they said I could come get another. I told them I was at work and I could not. Oh sorry. Terrible service. Won’t go back

i loved the drinks i had bought from this store and wanted to return, upon being there and seeing the manager himself berate a high schooler who worked there i will not be returning. highly disappointed to see a place with great reputation and great food and drink let someone so horrible as that man work for them and even be alone with these minors. no one who works in food service deserves to be yelled at especially in front of customers, and in this case when the employee just got out of training and is a 16 year old girl. disgusting.

I walked in and the workers were so quick to be rude. It felt like I just barged in on an important meeting. I would much rather have workers who are happy to work there then ones who quite literally don’t give a flying f about their job or how they come off to people. Not only they don’t care but they’re so impatient when you order. I ordered a drink and the girl goes in the rudest way, “that’s all?” I was flabbergasted. Shell shocked. It didn’t sound like she wanted me to order more, not to mention my friend RIGHT NEXT TO ME didn’t even order yet!! Also fr start cleaning the tables. Their gross. Especially if you’re gonna have food on them. That’s all. Bad experience but great food. Smoothies are a hit or miss.

I’ve been here multiple times recently and every time i come in the service is awful. The employees don’t seem to care about doing their job and the manager doesn’t seem to care about it. The employees seem to be improperly trained, which isn’t their fault it’s the fault of the manager. it seems to be a common thing now a days, not training your employees. I’ve seen the multiple reviews on the lack of service and yet there’s been no change. Also, when the manager is in, it seems to be he’ll chit chat with one of the employees and leave the other one to do all the work themselves. It’s very upsetting to watch someone do all the work themselves when there should be 2 of them working. The manager does not seem to care about his employees and the employees don’t care about their service. I do not recommend this place if you want to have an enjoyable time.
