Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but got something else when I called they said I could come get another. I told them I was at work and I could not. Oh sorry. Terrible service. Won’t go back

i loved the drinks i had bought from this store and wanted to return, upon being there and seeing the manager himself berate a high schooler who worked there i will not be returning. highly disappointed to see a place with great reputation and great food and drink let someone so horrible as that man work for them and even be alone with these minors. no one who works in food service deserves to be yelled at especially in front of customers, and in this case when the employee just got out of training and is a 16 year old girl. disgusting.

I walked in and the workers were so quick to be rude. It felt like I just barged in on an important meeting. I would much rather have workers who are happy to work there then ones who quite literally don’t give a flying f about their job or how they come off to people. Not only they don’t care but they’re so impatient when you order. I ordered a drink and the girl goes in the rudest way, “that’s all?” I was flabbergasted. Shell shocked. It didn’t sound like she wanted me to order more, not to mention my friend RIGHT NEXT TO ME didn’t even order yet!! Also fr start cleaning the tables. Their gross. Especially if you’re gonna have food on them. That’s all. Bad experience but great food. Smoothies are a hit or miss.

I’ve been here multiple times recently and every time i come in the service is awful. The employees don’t seem to care about doing their job and the manager doesn’t seem to care about it. The employees seem to be improperly trained, which isn’t their fault it’s the fault of the manager. it seems to be a common thing now a days, not training your employees. I’ve seen the multiple reviews on the lack of service and yet there’s been no change. Also, when the manager is in, it seems to be he’ll chit chat with one of the employees and leave the other one to do all the work themselves. It’s very upsetting to watch someone do all the work themselves when there should be 2 of them working. The manager does not seem to care about his employees and the employees don’t care about their service. I do not recommend this place if you want to have an enjoyable time.

Heads up to the management here. Your employees are closing early. I called at 8 : 40pm to place a pickup order while I was 5 minutes away and they informed me they were not taking any more orders that everything was down and it takes them 20 minutes to close which they start doing before the posted closing time.

Went in to grab something while down here for my daughter’s basketball tournament. Stood there for 5 minutes while not one but two employees blatantly ignored me. Not a hi I’ll be with you in a moment or anything. So we left. If you’re not able to display good customer service then maybe don’t work with the public.

I am so outraged by my previous experiences that I am using this as my first ever review. I have come to this location many times and the two previous times I have ordered my regular smoothie, which is a peach beach. It has come out green when it’s supposed to be a pastel orange color. I’ve heard that the manager said he only chooses teenage girls as his workers because they do a better job and I’m not sure that is the case. And him saying that seems somewhat predatory. All around the manager is weird. He has been in the store twice when I was there and I witnessed him be slightly rude to his workers. If he is like that in front of customers how is he in private? I’m not sure but all I know is I will not be returning.

Girl at counter denied my request to add a free pulp enhancer just a minute after ordering. Very disappointing as multiple customers were due before me and there was time to add the energizer I wanted.Not only that, but the smoothies are never completely blended and there is ALWAYS chunks of frozen fruit at the bottom if you order any fruit smoothie. The owner also admitted to only hiring teenage girls because they “get the job done the nicest.” Honestly, they all do just an average job, complain about the workload, and are not at all pleasant to speak with. Tropical Smoothie does a whole lot better right down the street and have rewards on their app. Go there.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATIONInstead of talking things out when i was there. The owner is demanding me to remove this post. And complaining i went to google Instead of talking to the employees. This is what to expect from this location.Trash and thieves is what to expect.Large Mango Tango is $8Large pulp lemonade is $7A small pulp lemonade is $5.My order was 1 large mango tango and 1 large lemonade so total was $15They never gave me a receipt or offered one.But they handed me a small lemonade and insisted i ordered that. But my charge wasn't $13 it was $15.This place is the worst service of all pulps ive ever been to.If you dont pre tip before they even service you this is the trash treatment you can expect from these thieves. They refused to even talk it out.
